honestly the worst courier company we've worked with and we use a LOT of companies with our business. Our business hours are 9-430pm, which we've told them in the live chat multiple times. 3 of 4 of our packages arrived after hours, even though we requested within business hours and the driver simply threw them on the lobby floor of our building, near the mailboxes. people were walking on them and luckily somebody grabbed them for us, but they easily couldn't have been stolen. But, the big package (4of4) as been "rescheduled" every single day this week since last saturday, after they tell us on live chat each morning that it'll be delivered that day. They know it's a rush shipment and simply do not care. Hard to get hold of. Does NOT care of listen to requests or details. Very, very unreliable. It really is unfortunate that LuLu Lemon changed to this company as their courier as they do not represent that brand well. So unprofessional and we will not order from LuLu anymore because of this and this order was $2500.00. Good bye LuLu and Go Bolt. So frustrating to deal with.

Driver can't read addresses. Was to go to a business with a shipping dept. Says delivered at 9:49pm - no package anywhere - and business was closed. Can't get through to anyone of course. Only emailing. Package is nowhere to be found. Do NOT use this company!!

Constantly walk on my lawn and throws the parcel on the front door porch. I have a Ring camera so it's documented, should you require it.

I have addressed the drivers but it's always a different driver so has no effect whatsoever. Happens every single time and there have been multiple deliveries.

If your thinking, the drivers are on a schedule and their trying to earn a living, the one today was driving a Tesla and was parked in front on our house for over 15 mins.

Very disrespectful and could damage the parcel. .

The email and phone message notifications are really helpful. I received a phone message notification and it prompted me to check the front door. The package was there. Thank you for the great customer service.
