From what I can gather, company founded as Smile Direct Club folded, terminating my ongoing treatment. Kept my information and offered to continue my treatment for a extra fee and spammed me via email to try to pressure me into buying retainers. Untrustworthy business practices

Go Ortho aligners are amazing. I previously had smileclub direct but did not get on with the aligners. So I was cautious with trying another aligner, but with Go Ortho I could order just a small batch to try them out and was instantly impressed with them and could easily ware them constantly. They are crystal clear, comfortable and i had no lisp from them. I'm about half way through my treatment and very happy with the aligners, service and price. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience with Go Ortho - highly recommended. Initial scanning required was very straightforward and included in the cost. As others have said, dentist goes out of their way to explain the course of treatment. Lots of helpful emails and great customer service and they always strive to provide a seamless service.

Go Ortho bought the customer mailing list from SmileDirectClub's shutdown and has consistently used it to spam cold sales emails.

I have received 26 emails from this company since March 6th, despite never purchasing from them. Their unsubscribe option also does NOT work.

Even though I have clicked the "unsubscribe" option in their email footer multiple times, I still receive emails from this company relentlessly.

Outstanding customer service and communication - very fast to respond to queries of any kind. Super-fast delivery of retainers of excellent quality, at a truly good price. Plus, they often have offers on which make multiple orders affordable, and Klarna means you can split payments into 3 interest free instalments (Paypal will let you do this anyway, tbf) Excellent service and business - I feel secure that my teeth won't move back to previous crookedness, following SmileDirect's going into administration - was really worried about that. Go Ortho is a Godsend! Thank you :)

I’m honestly very happy, both with the product and the whole experience so far. What I appreciate the most is that my questions are always taken seriously, I feel heard, and I get quick, helpful responses every time. The service feels like it’s available 24/7, which is rare these days. From the start, the communication was super easy and pleasant. The video consultation with Dr. Bagadi was clear, friendly, and informative. He and his team really took their time and went above and beyond to explain everything and support me throughout the process. I’m already looking forward to the final results everything’s been going really well, and I feel like I’m in good hands.

Top class service.
I contacted them by email to see how they could help with aligning my son's teeth. A video call was scheduled with Dr Bagadi who was a delight to deal with and afford very clear information. He and his team went well beyond expectations to help and guide. They have shown to be very much trustworthy and reliable.
I also ordered aligners from my daughter for the 1st time from them. This is because they can ship retainers to UK for Smile Direct customers. I must say she is very pleased with them and noted that the edges are rather smooth unlike previous retainers from Smile Direct.

I have no problem recommending the team at Go Ortho UK who since the moment I have been in touch with them were proactive, quick to reply, helpful and professional. From my initial consultation with Dr Bagadi through to my interactions with the clinical and admin team on phone and email I have been impressed at every junction. I have used a different company in the same space previously and had exactly the opposite experience with slow replies and disinterested attitudes; Go Ortho are different and have my absolute recommendation.
