They took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I felt comfortable and reassured every step of the way. Their gentle approach made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier.

I will soon be returning for the implant procedure, and I have complete trust and confidence in their hands. A Great dental practice with exceptional staff who are all very warm and welcoming every time I turn up. Always meet my needs and have the best hygienist you could ask for in Lisa. I have had her for many years and I went private and moved dentists when she moved because she has always looked after me. Reasonable prices for dental treatment :)

On the first steps of having several needed dental procedures As a nervous patient I am very grateful of how understanding Sam and her nurse Janu have been with me. Knowing that if I still struggle, sedation is an available option gives me a huge peace of mind. Cannot fault my experience so far.

This was the 1st time to this company very professional, kind very humble will continue with this company as nhs aren't as good and still have to pay ill stay private as prefere the close patient contact was told implants won't work so not trying to cob me out of money either... very impressed ...

After my first visit at GM dental & Implant centre today (Ashford), I feel that my faith has been restored in Dentists. The nurse Janu was very helpful during my visit and explained the process and appointment schedule. The dentist Joanna was very polite and caring. She made me feel very at ease. Initially my visit was supposed to be a new patient exam but as she knew I was experiencing a lot of pain, she quickly decided to work on the problematic tooth which has been brilliant. It didn't give me time to sit and wonder, I just went for the treatment and feel so much better now knowing that the pain has gone and the tooth can be saved.

Very efficient and friendly staff makes a visit to the dentist nearly enjoyable!
