I ordered a glow hoola hoop for my granddaughter for Christmas. It arrived well packaged and on delivery time. It’s a lovely hoop that she will love.

Quick delivery and kids love the products! When there was an issue with the order it was resolved efficiently.

My children loved having these to jazz up our bonfire night and winter walks.

Great ordering experience. 1 Item missing - called them up and it was sent out 1st class - lovely lady I spoke to on the phone too. Fab products. We love glow sticks!! Yet to crack them all, but so far, so good. A couple of bits for stocking fillers too.

Paid extra for next day delivery. When I called to track my order, I was told it had been lost and wouldn't be delivered. Would I haven been informed if I hadn't called? I doubt it! Very poor service. Will not use again.

Ordered 3x light up whistles (to blow).
Arrived fairly quickly and well packaged but one whistle didn’t work (didn’t light up).
Not worth sending back as probably cost more than the whistle.
So, bit disappointed as it could have been tested before sent.

Great products and excellent customer service

The lightsaber broke really easily when dropped on the floor. My son had saved up for it so was very disappointed. We have stuck it back together with tape but it no longer lights up. I think any one who wants to play star wars would expect it to fall on the floor quite a bit so an disappointed that it broke so easily.

I needed the glow sticks to be delivered quickly for activities we were running with our Brownie group. They arrived well in time, were good quality and the service call I made was answered quickly and the person I spoke to was really helpful.
