OMG I TRIED THIS PRODUCT AT A FRIENDS HOUSE AND MY SIIN CLEARED OVERNIGHT. YES OVERNIGHT. DEFO A PURCHASE FROM ME!!!

Bought 3 products from this brand via Notino and all of them were sensationally bad.

Make up balm remover was so oily, you can’t get it off your face and it actually locks in the makeup you’re trying to remove.

Mushroom face mask stings and does nothing positive.

Metal eye roller does not allow any product to come out and you cannot store it upside down due to the curved lid.

Ordered a cute gift set for a Christmas present. Sender (an individual's name rather than Glow Hub) chucked the gift box in the post unwrapped, with the mailing label and tape stuck directly onto it. Label and tape were impossible to remove without ruining the box. A real shame as it would have made a beautiful present.
There were free gifts I didn't need - maybe you should spend more on decent packaging rather than excess stock you then have to give away.

Very fast delivery and lots of freebies which was a lovely surprise. The packaging looks great so I think my tween niece will love it all. I like the concept of age appropriate skincare but with a cool aesthetic. A perfume free range for extra sensitive skin would be great

I ordered a serum and I received a free full size face wash at no extra cost! Delivery was fast too. Thank you for the experience will defo order again 😊

This company has terrible products,buyer beware!!

2 weeks ago I ordered some products. I can see on my bank account that they took the money, but I never got anything to confirm my order. I have tried to email several times and contact them through social media. But no answer. This was supposed to be a gift and this kind of service just sucks all your energy! Don’t order from them, you will never get your things

I have been using this brand for a while now and it's the only skincare I can use that doesn't make my skin come out in spots. Even the makeup is comfortable to wear

Overall really happy with my experience. First tried these products in March and bought more last month. The nourishing moisturiser is my favourite :)

I am so obsessed with all my products so far! My skin has never looked more glowy and clear. I was apprehensive to start a whole skincare regime with a new company but there’s no turning back now, I’m hooked !

I brought 4 items from them to test it out and i was not disappointed, the face wash is so refreshing and cleansing, the moisturiser and spf are really silky and nice on my skin and the toner SMELLS SO GOOD and is really smoothing. No irritation to my skin at all and whilst i don’t really suffer with any acne i do have fairly sensitive skin that was completely un-irritated. The packaging was super cute and well made (noting that everything except the actual bottles of product was cardboard i love the environmental consideration) and my package arrived on time. Definitely a company i would recommend:)

Had a big reaction to the new skin care range which left me with needing medical assistance from the docs I have sent pictures to glow hub of what the products had done but they basically said its not their problem which I wanted a refund on this.. I'll be taking it higher and it looks like it isn't just me that suffered with bad chemical burns

Never leave reviews especially not negatives ones but this companys customer service is awful, I messaged on instagram multiple times and they would post stories advertising the products that had given me chemical burns whilst not responding to my messages, i used their new skincare scar slayer range that i always see raved about on tiktok (although pretty much every video i see of their products is a paid ad and now i can understand why) and it left me with chemical burns on both my cheeks, red hot itchy skin, instead of clearing my acne scars and spots like it is supposed to it caused me to have about 10 new spots appear after only a few hours of having used their serum and moisturiser, it also made my makeup separate in multiple places and look awful so i had to take it all off and redo it with a different brands moisturiser, for reference my skin is usually clear and spot free with just a few dull acne scars and i have never reacted to any skin care before and i am not allergic to the ingredients

Their return/refund process is really bad.
Despite them claiming it takes "3-5 working days" for a refund, I have been waiting well over 3 weeks. I have chased them the entire time for any update on my refund or return and all I was told was "Refunds take 3-5 working days to process from date of receipt."..completely ignoring the fact I've been waiting well over 5 working days!

EDIT: Finally sorted so I've put it to 3 stars. Despite this, I'm still disappointed by the lack of updates and help regarding this. It's a shame as I enjoy their products

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Products gave me a reaction, which I contacted them about, and I have been ignored for weeks. Really unhappy with my experience. I was told I’d get a response within 2-3 days and it’s been 4 weeks.

Appalling customer service. They got my order completely wrong and told me they would send out the correct products which they have not and then ignored my emails!!

I was in need of some new skin care products and was torn between two brands. Having read the reviews i made my decision and I’m glad i made the right choice. I ordered a starter kit after completing their skin quiz which i have now been using for a month and the results are amazing!

My skin has never looked so good, I’m not suffering with breakouts and complexion seems brighter, feel more confident now not wearing make up. I’m so happy i made the right choice and can’t wait to order again. I love that the products are reasonably priced and offer mini sizes too.

I ordered a full size and they sent me a mini. I made them aware and they had the audacity to send me to the post office to return it as if it was my mistake. Who wants to waste one hour of their day to go post office because someone made a mistake?! Customer service is so poor!!

The serums were like water think the age range for these products should be aimed at 12-18 year olds . Not strong or enough ingredients in them to make any difference on adult skin
