It was a wonderful experience with the Globe Logistics team for moving goods from Munnar to Chennai.This location was in a difficult terrain and quite challenging to access making it extremely tough to bring a 40 foot container to the site.Despite these challanges Globe done the operation seamlessly a d deployed a highly professional team for packing and unpacking of the goods.Well done to the entire Globe Logistics team

The complete job was very professional and smooth and everything was completed before or on scheduled time.
Shweta M. was accompanying and helped me through the pickup and drop with every step.

The entire process of packing and unpacking was amazing. There was no breakage and they also took the request of delaying the unpacking by a day.

The delivery time was precise and well coordinated with Blue dart. The pick up was scheduled after a quick discussion and prompt information was given before pick up. This made my whole experience with Globe moving a hassle free go to shipper.

The team was very supportive to get the items cleared and delivered to my site. Just would like to emphasize clear communication between client and the agency to make sure there are no misalignments and miscommunications.

Had a well managed pick up. And quick delivery. Had some unpacking issues with team but it was quickly resolved by the move Cordinator. Appreciate the quick response by Soundarya.

To my surprise package has been arrived 2 days earlier to the scheduled date. Update have been communicated on timely manner.

Very professional and courteous staff. Answered my queries and concerns and assured me about the delivery.

The staff that came home quickly and efficiently packed all my things and boxed them. They were done in about 5 or 10 mins as I didn't have a lot of things.

The delivery was promised within 12 days but they delivered in 14 which is still brilliant. The team that delivered the boxes home were very helpful.

My only issues were cost and feedback loop. I had 3 boxes which if would have been weighed wouldn't have costed me this much.
And regarding feedback, I was asked 3 times on the first day itself which was a bit too much and then there was no follow-up until I contacted the staff for an update after 9 days. Nevertheless the coordinator was always helpful and answered my queries without any issues.

I hope there is a tracking facility so it's easier.

I would definitely recommend despite all my minor concerns. In the end, my boxes were delivered safely and the staff were very helpful. Thank you Naveen, Bharathi, Nethaji and every other staff I interacted with!
