Global Trans Van Lines was absolutely wonderful with my relocation for school! Great company to work with. Luke was a great representative to work with. Very down to earth and and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with how things were going. He made everything very easy I was happy with how everything went and would definitely use Global Trans Van Lines again. Highly recommend them!

When I found out I was going to be making a long-distance move from Ft. Lauderdale to South Carolina, I knew it was going to be a big adjustment for my family. Moving is stressful enough on its own, but add in two teenage daughters with their own opinions, emotions, and moments of “testiness,” and I knew I needed a team I could trust!

Global Trans Van Lines made the entire experience so much easier than I expected. From the very beginning, they were kind, patient, and professional. They handled our belongings with so much care and made sure everything was packed, transported, and delivered safely.

What impressed me most was how smoothly they handled everything even in rainy weather. During a time that could have easily felt chaotic, they brought a sense of calm and made the whole process feel like a breeze. They were respectful of my family, easy to communicate with, and truly helped take a lot of the stress off my shoulders.

I’m so thankful for the wonderful experience we had with Global Trans Van Lines. They helped make a major life transition feel much more manageable, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone preparing for a long-distance move.

These representatives will promise significant savings on shipping and claim they will dispute any unauthorized accessorial charges until the carrier’s invoice matches the original quote. They also advertise that they handle freight damage claims on your behalf. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all.

This company has been extremely disappointing to work with. Despite their promises, they did not fight the accessorial charges as advertised. Instead, they forwarded the additional charges directly to us and repeatedly called and emailed demanding payment, even when the charges did not match the original quoted amount.

When I reached out for assistance, the sales representatives became unresponsive and ignored my calls and emails. On top of that, the accounts payable department was rude and unhelpful throughout the process.

I submitted payment for every disputed charge they claimed they were handling, nearly $800 total and the check cleared the bank. Despite this, they continue to contact me claiming payment was never received.

As a small family-owned business, an unexpected loss of nearly $800 has a serious impact. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution other small businesses against trusting this company or relying on the promises made during the sales process.

We book load with them, arrive on time, and they didn't set up appointment! They don't care, our driver is stalling in place, they're doing nothing to resolve situation. I guess they don't care. One of the worst brokers we ever deal, we're considering Freight Gate, you cannot make money with them. Completely scam!

I am a truck driver globaltranz is a dishonest broker company, owner-operators should not take any loads from them

Was difficult to come in contact with them, after i got the message that my package not could be delivered.
After contact we agreed that the pckage stayed with them untill next monday and then i pick up.
two days later, got message that package was sended back to seller and that i need to look for a refund, So , no package and a lot of problems to get my money back because they told seller that my adress didn´t excist.

I would not book with this broker as they will cheat you out of money and will tell you to not ask for detention or layover pay . This is one of the worst experiences I had in 8 years . This broker is definitely a problem in the industry manjeet sigh who signed the rate contract is not even in America probably there is definitely a issue with there logistics and communication

We booked a load with the agent .The pick-up time on RC was 5pm., and my driver was there by 5 pm but was loaded only by 8:30 pm. On RC, it was mentioned that there was detention after 2 hours of wait, costing $40 per hour. Check-in and check-out times were noted on the BOL, which I sent to the agent along with a request for an updated RC. However, he denied this and threatened that if we asked about detention RC, he would leave a review on our MC in his company and on the highway as well... This is very unprofessional behavior.

I wish there was an option for negitave stars!! BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS!! you wil not save a thing, these will bill you after the fact for sometimes double the amount. then when they loos your freight they WILL not go to bat for you or help you... then to add insult to injory they will bill you up charges for the freight they lost!

Then to make matters even worse they will bombard you with email from their "retention team to try to lure you back. RUN from these people!!!

We have used them for many yrs to broker various LTL shipments mostly without issue. We are a commecial business, shipping merchandise for more than 30 yrs, so we know that on occasion things go wrong. In recent yrs we did not ship much with them because our vendors and customers were routing 100 percent of their own freight. They were using their carriers. My sales person left and with a number of emails we got a quote and booked a pickup. On the day of pickup I get a call from an agressive pushy salesperson who wants to ask me a bunch of questions about our business. In the busiest crunch time. I said I have no time for this and hung up. I get a surly message from him which I saved telling me he canceled my shipment and that I am required to take his call. A few mins later his truck shows up and I send them away. They email me a pickup bill for 85.00. I told them what to do with it. I am following up with a letter to the head of that company and a formal complaint to a regulatory agency since there is more to this. I am sure the head of the company has no idea what is doing on with their "head of sales" I can only say the guy was super agressive and pushy and I am under no obligation to answer anything or talk to him.

I agree to do a load# 31660588 with them and after load delivered the broker deduct money for no reason when i tried to communicate with him he doesn't respond because he is working for abig compony i don't think he has aright to take the money for no reason because my company is small and I won't challenge him which is not fair

We booked a stepdeck load with this company. Rate confirmation had appointments times which were just randomly made by the freight broker as the shipper nor receiver will take an appointment. We arrived at the receiver at 8:45, vs 8:00 on the rate confirmation. My factoring company just informed me that the broker withheld $150 for a late delivery fee. The rate confirmation has a paragraph detailing all of the ways they can charge fees. It's a bunch of ways they can no pay you. It literally says that if you are late, they can charge any fee at their discretion. They can literally pay you nothing if you arrive at an random appointment 1 minute late. I advise you avoid this company. The rate confirmations give them absolutely too much control over your truck.

Booked a load for $6000 they acted sketchy about it. Then when we get there it cancelled , we are promised a TONU! Never got it. Noone will answer the phone and our emailes are getting ignored. Seems like another landstar Double broekr act to me.
