My experience wasn't greatest with this company.
I could not receive money back from them during 1 week.
When you need technical/customer support they often do not respond to emails.

Out of all the companies I have used in the past, from just down the road to the other side of the world. Global has been the best with delivery service and efficiency.
Unfortunatley I have to return an item. but that wasn't an issue either. Thanks. Will definitely order from you again.

Bought a new bike from Global Bike over the past bank holiday weekend. Prior to buying I had never used or heard of them before, so there was an element of trepidation when parting with such a large amount of money.

I am very pleased to say trepidation was completely misplaced! Ordered the bike on Saturday using specs found on the manufacturers website to determine size requirements etc. Was called on the following Tuesday (bank holiday weekend hence not Monday) by a very friendly chap who wanted to check that I had ordered the right size for me. He advised from his experience the bike I ordered came up big, and the manufacturers website over estimated the size requirements. I agreed to swap the bike for a smaller size upon his advice.

Received the bike on the following Friday, as per the original delivery date. Well packed, in great order with all the bit I needed to get started. The only thing I had to do to set the bike up was to straighten the handlebars, which even I, a complete cycling amateur was able to do with very little difficulty.

All in all the service was fantastic, the bike is very high quality and was a better price than I could find elsewhere and delivery was prompt. The attention to detail and product knowledge of the staff was great and the time the took to make a call was most appreciated.

All in all could not recommend more. Delighted.

Global Bike is a joy to do business with, from the first contact and great communication with updates right through to delivery.
The bikes were delivered yesterday and I could not believe the care they had taken to package the bikes so they had no chance of getting any damage in transit. If you are looking to buy a bike Global Bikes is the only place you need to look Thanks.

Bike arrived promptly, it was well packaged and required minimal assembly.
Unwrapped, fitted pedals and handlebars, and it was ready to ride.
Courier gave a 1hr delivery slot.
First time ordering a bike online, but can honestly say it was an easy transaction.

Ordered bike and was with me in two days. Well packaged and easy to set up. Will be certainly be back again

Ordering was straightforward and service on the phone was good. Customer service answered selective emails.

The delivery man did the least that he had to do, he left the box in our porch and couldn't get away quick enough. Slight damage to box which was mentioned to the driver. Not really sufficient feedback could be entered about the box condition on the electronic sign for gadget.

A few issues about the bike were mentioned and email back to say they would check these issues.

The fact that you get a 30 day return period is good and was one reason why I choose Global bikes.

Overall positive experience but could be improved by paying more attention to detail of customer issues.

Bought a Ghost SE MTB from global and felt their service was pretty damn good. Spoke to them on the phone first to make sure they had the bike in stock. They were very keen to help. When they received the bike from the warehouse, they even let me know that they had set the bike up and dispatched it.
When it arrived the next day, all i had to do was fit the handle bars and i was away.

Global did us a superb deal on my son's new bike, delivered it when they said they would, and most importantly, delivered in the condition that you'd expect an expensive bike to be in - perfect.

It has always been our experience that our customers are very happy with the interlink next day service we use. The customer is given the option of making alternative arrangements if the one hour delivery window they are given is not convenient for them. Our shipments must go securely, quickly and be signed for. If taking a delivery is not convenient then an online purchase is probably not the option for you...................................Before you as a Global Bike representative reply to a comment it might help to learn the facts from your colleague first ! I ordered a cycle helmet last week and while I was at work on Wednesday my computer received an email from Interlink Express at 8am stating that a parcel would be delivered between 1-2pm on that day. When I returned home a card was left so I phoned to arrange a delivery the following day making sure the card was signed and left out with the instructions where to leave the parcel as requested. It was then confirmed that evening that the parcel would be delivered on Thursday 24th by Interlink Express .The following day my neighbour waited in all morning and I took time off work in the afternoon.I patiently waited till 4pm constantly looking out (as you do) so then phoned Interlink Express.They assured me that the delivery operative was in my area but again phoned at 6.45 pm just before the depot closed and again I was assured of delivery that evening.I phoned your company the following day and your colleague Jo was very "apologetic "and she even called back to say that it even though my parcel was booked for delivery on that day it hadn't even gone out on the lorry !!!!!! .......So you need to learn the facts before replying to any comments and in future I will be buying from my local bike store not GLOBAL BIKE.

Apparently the bike I ordered got lost and had to be reordered by Global Bike. I spoke with the owner requesting next day shipping but he told me this was not an option. I checked with (external reference) and they informed me that they did offer this service but it was more expensive. I would expect Global Bike or any other supplier to pull out the stops when they are at fault and pay the extra money to keep the customer happy but evidently this is not the case with Global Bike.

I could have cancelled the order but they are the only supplier I could find who sold the bike I wanted for my son.

I bought a folding bike online, which was fairly easy to assemble and seemed an OK bike but had some minor issues; also I soon realised it wasn't the bike for me, folding bikes probably generally aren't.

I asked to return the bike, which had been used and was quite muddy by then (one of the issues only emerged when riding the bike) on the grounds of the two faults I'd noticed. The refund was processed with no quibbles, although I think 20% was taken off for pickup, because of the muddy condition of the bike and because something like the lights broke in transit, possibly because I had not repackaged the bike very well. I felt that, considering the complexity of the situation, this was decent. Would buy from again if I thought they had a bike I would like, but generally it is less risky to buy bikes locally I suppose. The prices are also very competitive with this seller.

I ordered Met Parabellum helmet which was in stock, I have been waiting for shipping confirmation for four days which after I sent email asking what is going on with the order.
They said that last helmet was sold in shop and for some reason system haven't got updated and online stock was showing availability, they also said that will be in stock following week so they will ship out and they asked if I want to cancel the order, I said that I don't mind waiting for few more days, but I had to wait for another week and finally I have cancelled the order.
What's annoying is that they never sent any email saying that they out of stock or there will be another delay with shipping I had to ask for everything myself

I found Global bikes extremely accommodating and would highly recommend to anyone buying a bike.

Very professional, very well packed, delivered on time. It brings a checklist what was made during the assembly process.

Shopping online should always be like this.
