I am sharing my genuine experience to help others make an informed decision.

I engaged Global Migrate, a London-based immigration consultancy, for assistance with an overseas work visa. At the time, I was in the UK on a PSW visa nearing expiry and was exploring lawful options to work outside the UK. My consultant was Ruby.

During consultations, I was verbally assured that a France work permit visa could be achieved within approximately 1.5 months. Given my visa situation and the pressure I was under at the time, these verbal assurances strongly influenced my decision, and I paid £3,000 upfront.

After payment, I later discovered that their own website states the process can take 6 months or more, which directly contradicted what had been promised verbally. These fast timelines were never provided to me in writing.

When I requested to stop the service and asked for a refund, my request was refused, citing signed terms and conditions. I acknowledge that I signed the agreement, but I did so under pressure and without being made fully aware that verbal assurances would not be honoured.

After payment, I was repeatedly told that “visa decisions are not in their hands” and that they would “try their best,” which was not how the service had been presented to me initially.

I would also like to highlight an important limitation I personally experienced. When I attempted to leave a factual review on Google, it could not be published due to posting restrictions applied by Google to this business listing. Google clearly stated that there was no issue with my content. I am not blaming Google; however, this does mean that potential clients should be aware that Google reviews may not always reflect recent client experiences, particularly for high-risk services such as immigration and visa consultancy. I would strongly recommend checking multiple platforms before making a decision.

I am sharing this experience to warn students, skilled professionals, and UK residents who are considering working abroad to:
• Not rely on verbal promises
• Get all timelines and commitments in writing
• Read contracts carefully, especially under pressure
• Seek independent advice before paying large fees

This review reflects my personal experience and is shared purely for awareness.

Big Scam.

They took 6 thousand pounds from me saying that they will give me a skilled work visa. But they cheated me. Basira, Noman and many others do these things together. They mostly target Asian people. Everyone please be careful.

Im an ex employee of the company and my name is RIA ( work name ) Its disgusting to write this review but since i want to warn public of this fraudulent firm and be of some help saving peoples money and trauma. This firm global migrate is an absolute scam.
I was harassed ever since i found out about the scams they do and eventually resigned. Im now taking them to court on all the scams they made employees commit and the trauma they have caused to everyone.
The COO Naman singh of the company even called my family and threatened them to warn me to stop the employment tribunal case i am going on with right now against him and the company for all the fraud they have done. The entire company has fake names that they give and theres no HR or accounts or Feedback teams. The same two people handle all of these accounts and pretend like they are different people but they just have fake names like Lisa, Tina, Megan, Raj, Adam, Natalie, Lovely, Abdul etc and etc. all of these are not even the real names of the employees.
1. ALL THE REVIEWS HERE ARE FAKE. THEY FORCE EMPLOYEES TO WRITE THEIR OWN FAKE GOOD REVIEWS AND SEND IT TO THEM SO THEY CAN POST ON HERE AND TRUST PILOT FOUND THIS OUT AND THEY HAVE A LAWSUIT GOING ON WITH TRUSTPILOT FOR THE SAME! PLEASE DONT TRUST THE REVIEWS and i have evidence to show company asking employees to write their own good reviews so their rating increases.
2. The company put all employees on furlough and fraudulently claimed money on the employees and yet made the employees work full time like donkeys and scammed the government for millions. This has been reported to the furlough fraud department as well.
3. The company sells a product called CSS ( Career Solution Services ) which is a total scam on humanity and you are forced to sell this to hit targets or you are sacked and unfortunately for employees who have no where to go we had to sell this. You basically are told to sell the client a dream but in real all the company is doing is unfortunately just binding the client in a good solid contract and once the contract is signed the company does not bother about these clients. And they even claim that the bad reviews are done by competitors but its absolutely false,
Infct they are reviews left by clients who have been scammed and have no where to go.
4. All the approvals constantly posted or atleast most of them are fake and generated by their amazing IT and marketing team in Pakistan.
5. Many employees in the company are not registered with OISC but yet are forced to sell UK visas just to hit targets since they are big sales. If anyone has been sold a UK visa you can report that to the OISC directly and the company will sooner or later be shut based on the warnings they have received so far by OISC.
6. The employees are treated like slaves and are blackmailed by the employer on their personal details and that’s exactly why employees are scared to leave this toxic company fearing they would disclose information to family which is not supposed to be known to them( the employer keeps records of affairs and what the employees do by tracking their phones to use the information to blackmail them if employee threatens to leave the company or report them to the government)
7. LASTLY, the employer is cheap person and will definitely claim that i was sacked and i am angry and this is why i am posting such a revealing review , BUT THE TRUTH IS THE EMPLOYER AND ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES KNOW THIS IS THE TRUTH AND WILL BLATANTLY TRY TO COVER THIS UP BY BLAMING ME FOR ALL POSSIBLE DUMB REASONS but the reason for me to post this is to save more people from falling into this company scam.
8. If anyone who’s been scammed before by them and want to take the company to court I am happy to help and stand up to be witness on what the company used to sell since I’ve gathered all evidence while i was at the company. If anyone who has spoken to someone called RIA in the company and have got no visa obviously and global migrate had taken money please contact me and i will be bale to send some information or proof that may help you win your legal case against the company.
9. There are no perks whatsoever in the company, the employer is always perving on employees and forces the employees to be on zoom all day long and even questions if you have to switch off your camera to go toilet.
10. The employer is always deducting wages and commissions etc as per his wish and pays as and when he pleases. He makes you beg for your own salary and he needs an explanation on why you need the money and what the emergency is.
The company sells imaginary visas and not a single person has got a visa after all the money they must have paid.
The employer also used employees passport and NI NUMBER to fraudulently claim excess furlough amount from multiple companies.

I have received a world class service from Global Migrate.
Tina, Kinjal and the entire team have been instrumental in putting a successful PR application trough, always available to answer my queries even on late evenings and weekends.
I highly recommend their services, my application process has been hassle and stress free thanks to Tina and Kinjal who have been great professionals.

This company is out for one thing and one thing only: your money!

I lost £3000 to Global Migrate and I am struggling to get a refund. I was unable to get a posistive outcome towards getting my visa due to my case workers negligence. The motivation and advice was poor throughout the application process to the point where I had no choice but to terminate my appliaction and ask for a refund. There were other times where it would take me two days to reach my caseworker for help on advice and when I did eventually get through the advice was poor and it seemed my case worker was not interested in helping me at all. I can not believe a company like this is still operating! Taking peoples money and crushing their dreams! If you are reading this please, please stay away from this company. Do a back ground check on them and you will find some shocking stuff, like fake reviews on trust pilot!!! Fraud!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would as 1 star is being generous! I am now contacting Citizens Advice for help. You do not want this stress, STAY AWAY!!!

Fraud, they just want to take money from people they told me they can apply work permit for canada on behalf of they will find job for me and apply for visa it's been one year i paid them but still i did not get any job and they closed my case and said money is non refundable. Yes without applying for visa the money i paid for visa application is also non refundable not just their service charges. And also they wont provide you the proofs that they really applied for job on behalf of me

Don’t waste your money. They are cheaters. Don’t trust them. They will misguiding you for your immigration journey

Considering doing business with this company was one of the worst decisions of my life. I strongly advise anyone about to do business with them to go through the reviews in this page and make a decision based on this because I failed to do it and went through a major anxiety attack because my money was stuck with these guys for months. Long story short, I paid for immigration services and later discovered it was a mistake and asked for money back (luckily I had not signed the contract). They kept promising a refund but nothing, and the the following month they debited my account again of £1,000 without authorisation because they had my bank details from the first deposit. I had to get my bank involved for the monies to be refunded to me eventually. All this happened between January and March this year. I have email exchanges to prove this. Their business conduct is an absolute disgrace! Please beware!! You may not be so lucky!

Time and money wasters. If you want to use an immigration consultant, please try to avoid these guys. @Global Migrate: I explained my case and my concerns several times and eventually I emailed your team asking for a refund.

Unfortunately, I feel you guys can't distinguish between what I was promised and what I got.

Let's explain it once more, you guys counted the immigration points/ score wrong from the beginning giving me a fake hope that with this score I will be admissible for the Australian PR program.

Based on that, I paid all the money associated with the skills assessment while it was unnecessary until I find another way to secure additional 10 points by either improving my language score or get more points from my wife. Since then, I haven't seen any actions from you to make things getting closer to the required score.

I just kept being asked about my English proficiency score which was fine at the beginning to apply for the 189 visa. Now the score hiked up to 70-75 and there is no way I will be able to achieve it.

I didn't mind paying the consultation fees, but I felt again II paid the wrong people as I done before for Canadian immigration consultant. Everyone is looking to get paid without giving the right consultancy service they promised their client with.

This is a fraud company, I paid consultation fees€3000 but they never worked for me. Even they threated me they will bring me to court if I asked money refund.
Do not sign an agreement with them.

As I now see from the reviews I was also told I could migrate to Australia on time served as an electrician without required qualifications. I asked for my money back on the same phone call after speaking to someone qualified within the company. I was instantly denied and spoken to very rude fashion and that I should just pick another visa. Your not allowed to speak to a consultant until you’ve paid something up front. Please, please stay away from this company. You don’t need them to apply for a visa anyway.

After seeing a success story with one of my friends who got the Canadian PR through them, I reached out to this company, hoping that I would be this lucky as well.

They were very friendly and super excited to get me on board and gave me the impression that I am eligible, and it will take 18 months to nail the PR. I only have to pay £3,600 in 4 installments.

After making the full payment, I realized that not only did I have a very slight chance of making it to the pool, but these payments were non-refundable.

They submitted my application in Feb 2021, and it's been almost a year, and I never get any update from them unless I send them chaser emails for someone to get back to me with an update.

Almost every person I corresponded with left the company without informing the client of their "sudden" departure.

I am honestly not sure if they are legit or scammers, as I am so upset that I invested my money with them with the hope that I have at least a 60-70% chance, only to find out that I am far from it, and they have already pocked in the money.

Anu, a Global migrant agent was very friendly while taking funds from me. After receiving the money, she does not receive any phone calls, does not reply to any mail.

I would request everyone, please do not pay any fees until they finish your application.

They took my money over a year ago. No work done no money back as promised, instead I found out that almost all of their work in not regulated in UK and they are not a firm of solicitors. So do not believe a word from them and report to Crime stopper to stop such firms from looting money from innocents.
