I had a failed shipment from Gle Skincare which was the courier’s fault, not the skincare company’s fault. Their communication was almost immediate and promptly offered to reship the order free of charge. Thank you Simeon at Gle Skincare for being so helpful! Price was amazing-a lot of product for the money. I had dark purple circles under both eyes and after a short time, they are much better. I’m so impressed and will check out your other skin products in the future.

I have been using this lotion for a while now, at least two years, and I keep coming back. Takes very little so the tube actually lasts a long time. Completely absorbs into skin, no greasy feel. Lightweight, great for summer months.

I ordered gel for wrinkles and was very pleased with the way my skin was looking, so then ordered the gle
moisturizer and noticed less lines and just a softer look to my skin. I plan on trying the retinol serum next. Cant wait for my order to arrive.

I've been using the skincare for wrinkles for about 7 months and love the way it feels when applying it...very light and refreshing. My face and neck are much smoother looking. I have other products that are now just sitting in my drawer.

I love this product. They have everything you need in skincare. Hydrates and makes your skin feel soft. I also love the anti-aging with this product!

I've been using the eye serum. It is very thin, so you have to be careful when squeezing it out. I haven't seen much of an improvement. I was hoping it would help with puffiness under my eyes, but I haven't found an eye serum yet that helps with that.

My Wife and I have been using these skin care products and really like the product. I recently over purchased and need to cancel an order. This was done via Customer Service quickly and effectively and is very much appreciated!

I received a moisturizer that seems to be outdated or faulty based on the unpleasant odor. I contacted the company 3 times via email over the past 3-4 weeks and asked for a replacement and have not heard back.

Requested multiple times to have shipped item to different address but yet proceeded to ship item to wrong address even when it was informed to them 3 weeks ago. I read other reviews. Company seems like a scam.

I have used the products for about three years and like them very much. But order fulfillment and customer service support is TERRIBLE. If you need something quickly, you'll be disappointed. And if you email or call to report a slow order fulfillment, heaven help you because they won't. I'll order again, but always long before I need a product because I have no confidence in their ability to deliver in a timely manner.

This company is actually a joke! I received a shipping confirmation email on 11 December. However, it really wasn’t a shipping confirmation when you look closely, it was label created. it is now 21 December and it’s still merely shows label created and USPS is awaiting the package. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you read their shipping policy, it clearly states two day shipping. Not two day label created. Thus far I have reached out to this company via email three times and have never ever received a response. I even attempted to call the number provided in various locations however, it is an incorrect invalid number. Some poor guy answered the phone, not knowing who I was asking for. As far as I’m concerned, this is a scam company. All I can do now is resign to the fact that I will not receive my product and kiss my money Goodbye. And as I said in an email to them, what if this were a Christmas gift to someone from me? They really don’t give a crap! Ordered on 11 December and not here for the holidays??!! Everyone should stick with Amazon!!!!!!!

I can’t review the products because after ordering on Nov 29 they can’t guarantee me a delivery by Christmas. The customer service has been good as far as getting back to me but always say with the amount of orders they don’t know when it will be mailed out. It’s a Christmas present for my daughter in law. I just emailed to cancel and waiting for them to get back. The products look like they will be good if I could only receive them.

Placed an order December 1 and it hasn't been mailed. This never happens with other companies. My first time to order one product.

I use the face firming cream and I love it.. I also use the night cream and face cleanser.....

I have been using these product for over a year now. I’m in my 50’s and the eye serum is amazing for those “fine lines” around the eyes. Orders can take a while to ship to Canada sometimes but you order in bulk (which is cheaper) and plenty of time it’s not an issue. Highly Recommend.
