Items took over a month to arrive, and when they did they were the wrong ones! Cheap and damaged and all in chinese. Over £300 order so requested refund. Still waiting for response. Hoping I don’t have to escalate with my credit card company.

Update: they have said they would refund after getting the items back at my cost back to CHINA - not even a UK return address! (Over £100 cost so will not be doing that).

Terrible waited so long for my “express delivery “ order my friends birthday had gone. Tried to cancel ( checked with delivery that they hadn’t received it) and it fell on deaf ears, regardless of 5 emails. Terrible firm.

Do not use this website - it's full of scammy rubbish. £80 wasted on a piece of toot. Loooooooooooooong wait times. AVOID!

Ordered an 8TB SSD drive to back up my laptop.

I ordered a wrist watch for kids from them and no sims work with it, they wrote 30days money back now when I open the site it says 14days my 35chf wasted for no reason why are they still operating?

Ordered a watch for my daughter's bday Evri lost the first parcel so I contacted Glasskin who agreed to resend after Evri admitted losing but Glasskin never resent tried contacting them again and they completely blanked me....STAY AWAY

I ordered a power bank for a weeks fishing trip it was supposed to be rearly powerful, it cost me £75 it didnt even charge my phone once, was terrible, i emailed them they offered me 25% off my next order, shocking company, an the delivery was late it was shipped from china,

Ordered two hats, only wanted one but wording confused me. Contacted Glasskin immediately and email from them confirmed order had been amended to one hat but two hats were delivered, payment taken for two, and no refund was offered. Have contacted my bank to stop any further payments should Glasskin (also called Elite) try. Companies house show Glasskin was dissolved last year. Emails don't ring true or make sense. TOTAL SCAM.

I bought a dress from this terrible company not realising it was from China, it was so badly made and a total waste of money I then wanted to return it ,it cost over £20 to return and they won't give me my money back still. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

Glasskin Findtag cat trackers are terrible. I bought two because of their small size and what appear to be good reviews. Too late, I realised they are useless. They work off a bluetooth connection which only works when you and your mobile are close enough to the cat for the app to connect. Which pretty much means the cat isn't lost because you have to be very close to it. The makers say you can track your cat over wider distances through bluetooth connections relayed from anyone who happens to have bluetooth activated, but the instructions that come with the device are pathetic and there's no information about how to use this system. I emailed Glasskin to ask for instructions and two weeks later I'm still waiting. A waste of time and money, and worst of all, the cats were at risk when I thought they were safe. One other point - Glasskin claim they focus on ecological transport with CO2 neutral shipping. In fact, the trackers are flown from China. Work that one out!

I wish I had read these reviews before hand as I wouldn't have bought from them. It is a total scam! Always the same excuse. Can't find tracking. Will send another one free of charge! Accept delivery and then we will talk about returning it! Then you can't have a refund! The list of excuses going on and on. This website should be shut down so that they are unable to scam other people!

SCAM! Careful cheap china products, shipped from china, return to china at own cost without transparency or information beforehand. Don’t buy!
Trustpilot reviews on website are fake!

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. The trustpilot reviews on the site must be fake as they mention fast delivery and good service. There is nowhere on the website that details how long the product takes to arrive. I have ordered a fan. By the time it gets here it will be winter!

Ordered an air con unit . Over 2 weeks ago . The site offers buy one get one cheaper . I unfortunately pressed this offer . Realising my mistake emailed straight away to explain. Got email back saying tough you paid so no refund. Still not received 2 units . Over £200 out of pocket . AVOID

GLASSKIN TRACKCAT - REAL TIME GPS CAT TRACKER - SCAM! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - The website is misleading and False. The size description 2cm x 2cm is a lie. The tracker in its casing is 6cm x 4.5cm and outside the casing it is 4cm x 3 cm. The tracker requires a sim card not supplied. Nowhere is this spelt out on the website. The image of the tracker on the cat is misleading as it cannot be that small. Took two weeks to arrive from China and the return policy looks sketchy. Trustpilot reviews on the site are false. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Do not use this company. Ordered product in good faith then discovered it was a scam.
Cancelled order but told it was on way.
No tracking info supplied, therefore I addressed with the seller. Advised that it been lost and he was ordering another one. I requested him not to reorder! I want a refund.
This company has broken his contract. Also on investigating the contract details…phone number doesn’t work and the address is a small flat in Singapore.I have now reported it to the appropriate authorities. Including trading standards.

I wish I could have rated 0 and I would have done. Foolishly I looked at the positive comments on there website from trust pilot and did not come on to here. Absolutely rubbish please do not buy from here. We ordered 2 walking poles because I have a back condition. They took so long to come. Then when they arrived no instructions how to operate them because both sticks were folded up. Then to top it all one stick was broken then link was not intact. They looked cheap and flimsy nothing like in the photos. I wish I had listened to my husband and got poles from a site that has good feedback not from a site that scams you. If you ask for a refund there is a ho ha and you have to pay to ship them back. So upset never again. Please be aware I hope our feedback gets people to think twice before buying items from here. The feed back is awful what does that tell you don’t buy from here like I stupidly did😡

Should be '0' After cancelling order from June 2025. Today it turned up. Not even the right product! And as someone with a background in electrics, this is clearly a fake/dangerous item, that would never pass EU Regs. The original order was £79.95 for a 100,000mAh power bank. What's turned up is stamped 50,000mah.
Please, please ignore the fake trustpilot review on their website. If you try to click on them they don't work anyway. (Real review bring you to TP site)

BEWARE -Rip Off Site.
Items shipped from China and are either very poor quality or do not work. When you try to return you have to pay to ship it back to China. They offer 15% of the total cost of the item not a full refund. Site should be closed.
