Glasses have the wrong prescription
Glasses have the wrong prescription. Double checked that the right one was given. Requested return and refund. Filled out their form, 48 hours came and went with no return label. Frustrated and angry. Do better.

I ordered a pair of glasses on 5/2/26. At the time of the review 5/13/26, I have not received any glasses of any kind. I went to the website and had a live chat. I was told the frames were on back order since 5/4/26. So I asked the person how come when I ordered the frames they were in stock and yet I do not have them. I got some beat around the bush answer. I ultimately got a full refund and cancelled the order. Just be careful when ordering. Something seems fishy at Glasses.com

Very unprofessional
Very unprofessional, place an order back in April 26( 21880618068621 ) I even paid to get it expressed delivery was supposed to receive by May 4, never got anything not even an email with a tracking number or anything. Reached out to Glasses customer service, after having in hold for 15mins they come back to inform me that UPS couldn’t fine my address so they shipped it back to the warehouse, that they would be more gladly refill my order or refunded me( yes but of course I want the refund back that’s why I ordered them so you can just refund me). So I inform the customer service rep that I don’t need the money that I would like to receive the glasses I order with them. Fast forward a week now 5/12 I have yet received a tracking number or email in there end. I reached out today to see if I could get a status since I haven’t heard from them, and the customer service rep puts me on hold for 10min while she figures out what’s going on, get comes back to inform me that there are now “OUT OF STOCK” now and she not sure when they will restock smh. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with only shopping. Will never order from Glasses.com, definitely not recommending to anyone.
