The shipping was fast, from Poland to my country in the EU it took less than a week.
The products were plastic wrapped and pretty secured, but still 2 eyeshadow from a palette broke. I filled a complaint in their website and in 24h they refunded me that palette.
So overall my first experience was very good. Shipping, quality of the products and customer service was very top.
Recommended.
Bardzo słabe podejście do klienta. Paczka zamówiona 22 października, nie przyszła do tej pory (mamy 24.12.2024) brak kontaktu ze strony sklepu mimo ciągłych maili, niejednokrotnie były podejmowane próby kontaktu telefonicznego lecz nikt nie odbiera, były wysyłane wiadomości na instagramie firmowym jak i na instagramie Pani Hani. Paczka która nie została wysłana miała być prezentem na święta i w grę wchodzi zamówienie za 600zł co uważam że jest dużą kwotą. Jestem bardzo rozczarowana i zawiedziona. Rażące jest olewcze podejście do klienta, totalna porażka. Nigdy więcej nic nie kupię z tej firmy mimo fajnych produktów to bardzo zniechęcające jest podjęcie pracowników obsługi klienta jak i samej właścicielki.
It’s a little confusing trying to navigate the exchange rate when it comes to payment, and I believe I overpaid a little bit; however I don’t care because I love the shadows I chose! The pigment is beautiful and dimensional. The shine is out of this world, and I can’t speak enough about the multichromes! I’m pleasantly surprised! I also bought two 8-pan empty eyeshadow palettes. I broke a nail trying to open it but it’s a nice, functional palette that I can put my shadows in. This snafu and the billing are the only reasons I gave a 4-star review because they would have received a 5-star. This was the first time I ordered from this company but now that I know what to expect I guarantee I will make future purchases.
Really pleased with my purchase. It arrived a little earlier than expected, everything neatly packed and in great condition. Also liked the layout on their website, easy to understand for us non-Polish speakers, good information for every product!

firstly. the products are GORGEOUS. Secondly when I was ordering (13/2) it said that my order would be packed and shipped on/by Wednesday (17/2). But by Monday (15/2) my order was already packed and handed over to UPS. And it arrived on Wednesday (17/2). The shipping is a little pricy to me (10.75eu) considering the box was tiny tiny tiny. But I'm guessing that comes with being a small company and not getting shipping discounts. The shadows are beautiful and well packaged. They apply easily and look stunning on the eyes. I'm holding back from ordering more straight away. But will definitely make another purchase in the future.
They also did a good job with English translations, makes it really easy to shop.
