Great service
Had my engagement ring fixed, claws and reset the stone, along with resizing this ring and my wedding ring. Great service, both rings were perfect and sparkling when I went to collect them. Really pleased with them and the cost for all the work they did was reasonable and all done within a week.

10/10 would recommend
10/10 would recommend. We met these guys at a wedding fair last year they’ve been a dream since we walked into the shop. Firstly my engagement was bought at beaver brooks and far too big. They said it couldn’t be resized the stones would need to be removed and put into a new band which would take 4 months. When we went to Gladstones to buy our wedding rings I explained the situation to them and said I wasnt going to have it do so I wasn’t without my wedding ring for that amount of time they not only resized it but I had it back in 10 days. Our rings were purchased the same day ready on time and they’re stunning and literally 50% of the price of the high street for the same metals ect. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Blew my mind (in a good way)
Great customer experience.
I was unsure on what wedding ring I exactly wanted, the staff in the jewellers were very patient with me and applied no pressure for me to place an order, they offered their guidance and expertise.
I finally decided on having a bespoke ring made, they were excellent throughout the design process and made sure it was exactly what I had envisiged using a CAD drawing.
They called me in for an additional fitting when the ring was cast to ensure it was the right fit and no amendments would have to be made once it was ready for collection.
I picked my ring up yesterday, WOW, it's better than I could have even imagined.
I am so glad I made the decision to have Gladstones Jewellers make my ring, it's perfect.
I would not hesitate to recommend Gladstones Jewellers to anyone who is looking for a piece of jewellery. I certainly will be returning for any future jewellery that I require.

Prompt service!
I chose Gladstones because I’d rather support a smaller, independent retailer. The price was the best and the service was very swift. A little disappointed that the original gift bag to present my gift to recipient was quite creased. This was due to the jiffy envelope it was sent in being too soft for transit and didn’t protect sufficiently. However, the small box and gift itself was fine.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The team (and for my enquiry, Tom specifically) responded within hours to my emails, including on Saturdays as they are open then too. They were exceedingly lovely, incredibly helpful, asked follow up questions and provided different options with plenty of their knowledge. The resulting ring was of course absolutely beautiful and we are so so happy with it.

Nice ring but slow to arrive
Nice ring but it took some time for it to be sent to me. I had to chase it several times. Gladstones did respond to my email but it still didn’t arrive when they said.

Secondly, I'm very sorry for the delays in getting the ring to you. These rings are made to order by a UK manufacturers, the lead times we quote are based on the dates they supply to us. Unfortunately with your order they have had two delays and had to push back the delivery dates each time. I will be passing on your feedback to the manufacturers and asking them to quote us more realistic delivery dates for any future orders.
I hope this experience hasn't put you off shopping with us again in the future.
