From the very first appointment, Gladstones have exceeded expectations every time. They took their time with us and allowed us to try many options before placing our order for our wedding bands. We were able to customise my fiancés ring to his preferences, and for my gold band Gladstones were able to incorporate gold from my late grandmothers wedding band to make it extra special. Pricing was very fair, and staff were very accommodating on our timescales when we had to bring forward the date the rings were needed for. The team are very knowledgeable and I would gladly recommend Gladstones to anyone. Special credit goes to our sales advisor Tom, who handled our first appointment and continued to give helpful service and expertise throughout. Saying that, every member of staff we have spoken to has been lovely and the whole team are a credit to the company.

Needed my fiancé’s wedding band redesigning to match mine with less than 3 weeks left before our big day! He’d inherited a plain gold band from his grandfather, which we wanted altering with a pattern and the addition of a diamond. Rang almost a dozen jewellers who said it couldn’t be done in time - but it wasn’t too much trouble for Gladstones! As they have a workshop onsite they turned it around in a week and it is EXACTLY what we wanted! They even polished my own wedding band, which I’d bought secondhand elsewhere. If you want fantastic service, friendly staff (shoutout to Ged!!!) go to Gladstones… Best jewellers in Hull!

I've been really happy with Gladstones' service. I was on a tight schedule so I requested for the ring I ordered to come early and they worked with the team to help me get this done. My ring arrived even earlier than planned and was exactly what I wanted. They responded very quickly and were great at communicating with me information about the ring. Thank you so much!

Quality service, good quality of jewellery

Tom was incredibly helpful sending us sample rings for sizing and knowledgeable regarding types of rings and their availability as we were on a tight deadline for our wedding. We cannot fault the service and communication and my husband to be absolutely loves his wedding ring! Thank you for a great experience with no stress.
