I ordered a L sweatshirt because the description stated the model was wearing large. After arriving, it was much larger than the photos depicted, thus I complained; I was assured that the description/photos were not misleading. However, later that day the item description changed that the model was now wearing a M, rather than L.

Liam who helped me wasn’t very professional, disagreed with my correct findings and didn’t apologise for their mistake in the listing. I did get refunded for my return postage but I think this mistake was awfully handled.

Of all the trackies I own this is my favourite.

In all honestly I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the products.
I ordered the Live Happy Slate Washed joggers & hoody.
As soon as I tried it on I was disappointed that the material felt thin for the price point and the pattern is peeling off into little chunks. The thickness of the fabric felt more like Shein quality.
I love the design, the personal thank you emails was a nice touch and the delivery was quick but I am 50/50 if I would order from the company again due to the quality.

I ordered a t-shirt and it arrived with an ink stain in the middle and so had to return and order another. The second t-shirt then showed up with the EXACT same stain in the exact same place! Very frustrating particularly considering I made it clear on the return form there was a stain on the t-shirt. There’s clearly no quality check on the items they’re sending out to their customers. Saying that, their customer service rep who helped me with my complaint was very helpful and offered a discount code, but it’s unlikely I’ll be trying GKA again.
