I’m nearing the end of my apprenticeship and have no complaints. The experience has been smooth.

My tutor Raouf and Ginger Nut have been brilliant, I've not been the easiest student due personal circumstances meaning I've needed two breaks in learning. They've supported me on both occasions, bringing back into the apprenticeship with understanding when I returned. The webinars held by Ginger Nut are very informative and I have access to many great learning materials.

My time with Gingernut Training has been great so far. I was wuite nervous to start my apprenticeship learning but from the start they've been extremely kind and made my apprenticeship learning way less daunting with a wide variety of webinars available to join, supportive tutors and access to helpful websites and other learning apps!! Thank you :)

Jag is my tutor and the amount of support I am getting from her is exceptional and amazing.

So far, my experience has been positive. My first day of learning was highly interactive and positively challenging. My tutor, Hilary, included everyone in our group and kept the group united and at ease with the process. During my early experience in the apprenticeship, I was impressed with the topics being taught, and given access to helpful resources to challenge my thinking, and enable my development further. Hilary has also been very connected via email, answering any questions I may have.

Ginger Nut provide an amazing training programme, their customer service is next to none. The courses are super engaging, well structured, and easy to understand. I could not fault the Ginger Nut team they are so accommodating!

I completed a L3 ICT Apprenticeship between September 2023 and February 2025. By and large, it was a pleasure to work with Gingernut, my tutor (Steve) was always avaliable (very rapid replies to emails), helpful and friendly, offering frequent and constructive support on tasks. I also had pleasant experiences with other members of the Gingernut team I met during my course.

I am giving a 4/5 (ideally 4.5/5 but that is not an option) as I had a change of tutor on my course, and this was not handled well in my opinion (I was not explicitly told until my manager digged down, and there were some initial minor issues). However, other than that, It was a pleasure to work with Steve and the rest of the team and I will apply the many lessons I learned to my career going forward.

I am currently doing an apprenticeship with Ginger Nut Training and find them to be extremely helpful and responsive. The content is easy to access and they use lots of different formats to keep it interesting. Being able to do this at a time that suits me from home is brilliant and I would not have been able to start the apprenticeship if this hadn't been offered.

I am grateful for the guidance and support I received from my tutor Nick throughout my apprenticeship. I completed the business administrator level 3 apprenticeship and from the begin, it was clear that he is not only knowledgeable but also passionate about helping students succeed. Nick has the ability to break down complicated concepts and makes them easy to understand, creating a learning environment where questions are welcomed. Thank you Nick, for being such an amazing tutor and helping me throughout my course!!!

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff, and tutors that genuinely want you to succeed. Good learning software and resources as well. They take safeguarding seriously as well, which is always reassuring.

Currently studying a lvl 4 data analysis NVQ, the resources are exceptional, the tutoring has been fantastic and the all-round support from Gingernut has been studying a pleasure, would highly recommend!

From the start the team were excellent and extremely helpful throughout the enrollment process with excellent communication. My tutor is very friendly, relaxed and supportive. The learning is clear and presented in a very accessible format. There is ongoing support throughout your journey and always someone ready to help. Highly recommended.

Good friendly tutors and efficient comms, recommended for apprenticeships

Nick Fish has been my tutor throughout the course of my business administration apprenticeship with Ginger Nut Training, running from June 2023 to the end of 2024 and I have really enjoyed working with him.

I have found my experience throughout my study really enjoyable and Nick has always been very engaging, helpful, and supportive throughout, leading me through each topic and offering additional help and guidance where needed.

Nick is a friendly and approachable tutor, and I'd highly recommend him to other apprentices.

Leanne Simpson at gingernut was my maths tutor and she was the best tutor I could have asked for. Her guidance and willingness to support me in every way she possibly could was truly commendable and I wouldn't have been able to pass my FS maths exam without her help. Gingernut should be very proud to have Leanne. I have no doubt she will lead all her students to great achievements.

As an apprentice I have been thoroughly supported by my tutor, and I have had many opportunities to join webinars and access different resources to help with my development for my job. The communication I received at the start of my apprenticeship wasn't 100% clear but misconceptions were eventually addressed.

During all these 2 years their support was one of the crucial things, so they deserved 5 stars. A professional attitude helps them to sort out some problems that existed during my course and exams.

Many thanks to GingerNut for all their help, especially to my tutor Nick Fish that helped me pass my Business Administrator Level 3 qualification. He was a brilliant tutor, very patient, helpful and quick every time I had a query or had to reschedule a meeting. English not being my first language, I was worried that I would not fully understand the criteria and pass my apprenticeship, but Nick was always helpful with examples and tips. I think he had to explain the EPA process around 20 times for me to fully grasp my head around it and he explained it every time like it was the first time which was extremely helpful when you are nervous. He is a great tutor and I can confidently say that his future learners are lucky to have him as their tutor. Overall my experience was great.
