Speaking to an experienced sales lady when I made the purchase initially with an explanation of the bed itself and ordering ptocedure, delivery and payment.
Everything went to plan . Bed was delivered and installed swiftly. With a recommendation to air the bed .

I had a really good experience when…
I had a really good experience when choosing and ordering my new flooring from Gillies. The sales woman Tracy was extremely professional and knowledgeable which helped make my decisions easy and stress free. The carpet fitters were extremely professional too. They even removed all the rubbish and hoovered up before they left. I would definitely recommend this store and purchase from them again.

Very happy with my new stressless chair. I love the teal blue leather.
Two very helpful guys delivered it but ready made not in a box to be made up in the house as the salesman had indicated.

Disappointed with customer service and…
Disappointed with customer service and lack of communication and a 5 month wait for goods. Very good quality when they did arrive and some staff were very helpful. I understand delays happen but we were told 6 weeks not 5 months.
