Absolutely delighted with my Haul! I bought a couple of felting kits, the Embroidery on Knitting kit, and some incredibly soft Mrs Moon wool that I’d used before. It’s a 10/10 for squishiness, so I just had to have more! Everything exceeded my expectations.

Opening the parcel felt like such a treat. The candy cane-inspired packaging, whimsical patterns, and gorgeous artwork showing the finished projects make every kit feel like a beautifully wrapped gift. It’s all so thoughtfully designed that it’s almost too pretty to open, making the whole experience feel really special from the moment it arrives.

The shop itself is just as magical. It’s like stepping into a sweet shop for crafters. Everywhere you look, there’s inspiration, beautiful colours, and gorgeous supplies. You can tell how much love and care goes into everything they create.

I honestly can’t wait to get started on my projects. If you love crafting, this shop is an absolute treasure. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and are just as happy to offer advice as they are to let you browse if you already know what you’re looking for.

And if you’re very lucky, you might even get to meet Bagel, the friendliest and cutest dachshund in the world! Her tail never seems to stop wagging as she welcomes new friends.

I ordered some new yarn to try and some of their wonderful stitch markers and a pattern.
This isn't my first time buying from the Fluffatorium, it's been a while as I've been unwell, and as Iam visually impaired I fluffed up the check out process so I popped them a message asking for help, because I know I've been able to check out without bother in the past.
I got a phone call the very next working day and they helped me to check out easily.
The order arrived within 48 hours!
The goods come individually wrapped inside a branded shipping pouch.
Absolutely marvellous to find a company with such a wide selection of unique yarns you can't get anywhere else.
My only wish is that they would have electronic copies of the patterns rather than paper copies, but my carer will type it up for me so I can use a screen reader to read it to me.
Really happy with my order and all the help given to ensure I could check out easily.

Made a journey just to visit the shop, having checked the opening times online, only to find the shop closed

Wouldn’t order from this company again. Placed a big order that didn’t give me the free postage that I pointed out after paying. Also, I wanted to return my order after looking up their return policy and she claimed I couldn’t because it was a special order. Trying to give a small business my order, didn’t work out well.

UPDATE:
First of all, there was no code and I emailed you to state this and you could have arranged a refund, as this was my first order.
Secondly, I didn’t order cut ribbons or even fabrics! Your reply indicates that you did not even look up my past order. My review still stands!

When I say the packaging was impeccable I mean it! I was wary to order from them if I'm honest as there is a lack of reviews on the Web but I'm so glad I did! It came in a gorgeous branded bag and each ball or yarn had a seperate bag as for it to not get tangled! The yarn had an easy start tag and could not have been better! Definitely ordering again! Shipping and dispatch was fast
