Hi i have checked our orders and i believe the issue is you attempted to purchase a item for £0.00 from our site from a technical glitch that was on our website , a member of our team attempted to contact you via telephone multiple times and we reached out via email , to update you and attempt to refund the £5 postage you paid but no one responded so we are very shocked to receive this review.

purchase of £1111 gold chain necklace
Everything fine Delivered within a week in a nice
presentation box. Only point I would make is did not receive email after 2 days to say whether it is in stock
and will be delivered shortly or would have to be made
and thus delivery up to 4 weeks

Second purchase from giggys jewellers
Back for a 2nd time to order a 5mm diamond cut solid rope chain which arrived a day after paying for the chain. Giggys didn't disappoint the chain is amazing and the shine from it with it being diamond cut is phenomenal! Both Chris and Sam who I dealt with are great guys and know the jewellery business like the back of there hand. Next purchase is going to be the gold and diamond pamp pendant thanks team giggys.

I have been looking for a solid gold torque ladies bangle for my birthday for 3 months and it was only last week I came across this company. The customer service is unbeatable nothing is too much trouble for them sending pics and info over within a matter of minutes. Very efficient will definitely be using again and would recommend this company to anyone. Bangle arrived the next day delicately packaged and not to mention the bangle was over £150 cheaper than other jewellers. Thanks again for supplying a very special birthday present.

Very very professional.. they answered all my questions and I had a lot of questions because the ring I am having made is really important to me. The design phase is complete and I am confident the finished piece will be as high quality as the rest of their work. I did a lot of research before I chose to go to giggy so to save you all the time 100% the right place to go.. just look at their work on Instagram it speaks for itself.
