I am genuinely saddened to receive a 1 star review, particularly given the efforts made to resolve this issue for you.
We completely understand your disappointment that the glass Santa jar arrived damaged. Unfortunately, despite careful packaging, breakages can occasionally occur during shipping and are outside of our control.
However, what this review does not mention is that as soon as you contacted us, we apologised, reviewed the photographs immediately, and offered both a replacement and a full refund. We also offered an additional item free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. These offers were declined, and a refund was requested instead, which we processed straight away.
As a small family run business, reviews like this have a significant impact on our reputation, livelihood, and the confidence of future customers. We absolutely accept responsibility when something goes wrong, but we do feel it is unfair for a review to reflect only the problem itself and not the way it was handled.
No business wants a customer's item to arrive damaged, and we were just as disappointed as you were when we saw the photographs. We did everything within our power to put things right as quickly as possible and honoured the resolution you requested immediately.
We are truly sorry that the parcel did not arrive in the condition it should have, but we feel this review does not accurately reflect the service and support you received from us after reporting the issue.

Lovely quality gift
I purchased 2 boards for my parents in the UK from my sons. I'm in Australia so haven't seen the boards themselves, but my parents said the quality is very good and they are very happy with the gift which is lovely and unique.

My mum’s review dated 18th July was very negative due to her disappointment with a memorial plaque we received. Looking back that could have been partly down to us ordering a product which was too small for the wording we wanted .
I want to rectify the negative review from my mum , after reading the review Megan has been nothing but helpful and attentive , she has now replaced the plaque with an absolutely beautiful memorial . Mum and I are the moon and I cannot thank every at this company for going over and above to rectify our issues . We are truly grateful . Just perfect .

Do not order from this seller!
Ordered a biscuit tray for my grandad and all that was sent by seller was a piece of paper saying they were having issues! No way to claim refund and left it too late to order somthing else, the seller never reached out to explain their issue to enable us to cancel order definitely not happy with service as item shows as delivered very poor service and scam behaviour from this seller

I’ve checked your order, and it was dispatched on 15th May using the International Standard service selected at checkout, which is estimated at 7–10 working days. Your parcel was delivered on 25th May, which is just 6 working days, so it actually arrived quicker than the advertised timeframe.
