We are a UK sole trader trading from Ramsbottom, Bury, with a real address and a real person who replies to every email within one working day. No call-centre scripts and no pushy upsells — just honest help and products we would happily give our own pets.

The first puppy fresh spray I ordered…

The first puppy fresh spray I ordered was unfortunately damaged and unusable but Giddypets provided a replacement really quickly and without any fuss, which I appreciated. I’m going to need the spray with all this rain to get rid of the wet dog smell I think!

Service and product five stars

Service and product five stars. Genuine helpful service that personalised my order. The large dog bed was a godsend because my dog is unwell and needs to stretch out. None of the franchise pet supplies shops had such good quality beds big enough for my Doberman. I would definitely recommend this company.

I bought everything I needed for our 3…

I bought everything I needed for our 3 different pets which was super helpful, I ended up doing the subscribe and save to make it easier for me to order and have everything I needed for our fur babies, delivery was quick and came with cute little personalised thank you cards, would recommend to any pet lovers

Excellent company

Excellent company. The owner Matt
went to great length on the telephone to advise and give me help in deciding the best and most suitable product to help my 15yr old springer spaniel.
I will certainly look at Giddy Pets in the future before I consider another company and would strongly recommend them as they seem to really care about your pet.
