Gutted when my trusty ghd straighteners started playing up. Replacement expensive, so sent them off for repair to fixmyghd. A little apprehensive, but shouldn't have been, excellent service I would highly recommend. They recieved them Monday pm and I got them back Thursday am working perfectly.Brilliant service, so happy

I’m delighted with the service I received. I posted my poorly straighteners Wednesday p.m, received an email notifying they had been diagnosed, fixed and tested just after 2p.m. on Thursday with attachments detailing the repair, and received them back late morning on Friday. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent service! GHD Gold repaired for £40. These were just out of warranty so was determined not to send to landfill. Most people I asked just bought new ones so I’m going to spread the word about this excellent service.

Amazing service. I have cloud nine and couldn't find anyone local that would even look at them. I found this site on a google search and sent them off. It was hassle free and super quick service. Plus much much cheaper than sending them back to cloud nine for repair. Thanks so much.

A first class service provided (which is rare in the present climate). Speedy return, with a written explanation of exactly what had been repaired, and saved me forking out for a new set of straighteners. Cannot praise this company enough. 10 out of 10. Cannot say enough how happy I am with the service I’ve received with this company! I emailed Kevin and said what had gone wrong (burning smell and suddenly no longer turning on) and he emailed back nearly immediately on a weekend saying what the problem was.

My GHDs were returned to me today with a new plug, wire and some other parts I didn’t even know existed and they’re working again. I’m so so happy they’ve been fixed.

These are the original (and best) GHD straighteners so replacing them would not have been impossible. Honestly cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you!!

From first communication the team were extremely efficient in explaining what I needed to do to get my wife’s straighteners fixed. Charging a really competitive price for the repair along with the really quick turnaround in getting the straighteners back was greatly appreciated. The straighteners feel and perform as if they’ve never been broken so all in all a 100% positive experience with the tram and would highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a similar position.

My GHD straighteners stopped working so I sent them here for repair. Very fast turnaround - they even got them back to me before the Xmas break. (I have been meaning to post this review for months!)

After a few issues with my courier, Kevin went above and beyond to help me track down my parcel, he then fixed my ghds very quickly and they were delivered back to me the very next day! Very impressed with the service, he really went out of his way to help and I’m so pleased to have my straighteners repaired! Thank you! Cannot recommend enough!

Quick repair done and quick postage return. I live near Newcastle and didnt realise their office was all the way down in Devon..but I posted them on Monday and they were back with me on Friday - I was absolutely amazed and so happy to have my straighteners back - excellent service.

I had a pair of straighteners that lasted a long time but eventually the wires came loose at the plug. An alarming crack and puff of smoke from the plug signalled the end. I was dismayed to find endless reviews stating that the newer GHD models were not a patch on the older ones like I had. I thought, surely if it's just loose wires it can be fixed. Am a firm believer in 'fix not throw away'. Absolutely delighted I found this repair company, or should I say - people. Super efficient, and friendly/genuine service. It was such an easy process, really quick turnaround and if anything they not only repaired the irons but replaced the cable with a longer one which is even better. I cannot speak highly enough of this service, thank you so much.

I posted my GHD hairdryer on Wednesday and it was returned on Friday working perfectly fine and with a PAT test done. Amazing service, great communication and quick repair. I have been a bit nervous at first as it was a website found on google but I’m very happy that I chose them. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
