GetYourPet.com was absolutely wonderful for our family. Our beloved dogdied about a year ago, and we had been looking for a new furry family member. We tried another website but didn’t even get responses from the shelters we reached out to.

Then we found Get Your Pet, and we were able to review the pets available, communicate directly with the owners without giving personal info (besides our name) and ask them any questions we wanted to. We found our awesome new dog, Tyson, and he is a delight to our family.

We appreciated the “meet-up” part of this service, because we got to agree with the owners on a place to meet and see how Tyson reacted to us, and both sides were free to decide is it was a good match. We can tell Tyson was deeply loved and well cared for prior to coming to us. (His sweet owners even cried while saying goodbye.) We have chosen (outside the program) to keep in touch and send them updates and photos.

I love this about Get Your Pet... you are not taking a chance on a pet that you have no real history for. And still, you are keeping an animal out of a shelter. I would recommend Get Your Pet to anyone looking for a new furry friend!

I would highly recommend getyourpet.com as a resource to place your furry family member in a loving home. This was my first time on the site. I located the site by googling , find my pet a home. The sign-up was easy and the site is user friendly. Once I added my profile, I had an interested party within 30 minutes and the hits continued. I was able to place our Goodlendoodle with a new family within 6 days of my posting. The communication process with the potential adoptees was seamless from start to finish. I was able to get a good feel and insight about each adoptee and I'm overjoyed at the adoptee family we selected. Thank you for creating this much needed service.

I want to thank GET YOUR PET for matching me with my dog, Cookie. I could not be happier. I signed up a few weeks ago and completed a profile with my preferences. Not long after, the company notified me of several dogs matching my choices. I was pleased that all the views met my profile, unfortunately, many of the dogs were favorites for several viewers looking to adopt, too. When I was notified about meeting Cookie, I got very excited. I knew instantly that he was the right one! He is a wonderful companion. He has adjusted very well to his new home. Recently, Cookie and I visited PetValu pet shop and the staff were very friendly and professional. I have been happy with all the services from Get Your Pet. They are outstanding. I have recommended the company to five friends, whom I am confident will sign up to adopt, soon.

I have used this site to both help my mom get a new dog but also to find a home for a rescue that was dumped in a park by my house. It’s terrific! Even if you’re only thinking about getting a new friend, It’s fun to go through and look at all the little critters needing a home

I’m so glad with this site. It was so easy and fast to give my pets in adoption thank to this site. We were worried about them because we have to move and we can’t take them with us. But thank to Get my pets in less than a week, we found a perfect happy and safe place for them. Now they’re with a new family and we are relax because we know they’re happy.

I had took in some dogs that were abandoned and couldnt keep both. This site helped me to find a good home for one of them with just a few simple steps. I would definately recommend anyone looking to rehome a pet to give the site a try.

This was such a great experience! Over been wanting a Dane forever but don't want to encourage back yard breeding and when I go to try and get one from rescue, they are so strict that is hard to adopt from them, this way the owner and I can keep in touch and give updates and they can have a warm and fuzzy that their loved pup went to a good home, and she sure is loved!! She slept next to me the first night she was gone and it was all over after that. Thank you Get Your Pet!!

Not yet 24 hours ago we were rescued by a senior longhaired miniature dachshund named Pepper. We lost our nearly 15 year old longhaired miniature dachshund, Brady just before Christmas, 2018. We've been broken hearted since Brady passed and thought he may have been our last dog as we are older and it's so hard to say goodbye. Late Easter morning (yesterday) I opened an e-mail from Get Your Pet and Pepper was featured among the dogs available for adoption in my area! When I read his story I thought we might be the perfect home for him -- and he the perfect little boy for us. He is settling in so well! We are just thrilled to have him -- he's such a sweet little guy! He introduced himself to our senior kitty and it's like they've been raised together! Thank you Get Your Pet for putting our family together ... that missing piece was Pepper! Thank you also for your follow up e-mails with so much information of what to expect. We are eager to watch the process as Pepper settles in more and after a month when his true personality comes out. I don't see how it could get much better but I think it will! We are truly blessed. We highly recommend Get Your Pet for finding the missing piece of your family and should the unfortunate situation arise when you need to rehome a beloved pet. At 1st we had some problems With transferring the funds For the adoption. I was able to get ahold of the company and they straightened everything out. Now things are finer than frog hairs With my new best friend. Thank you for all your help great company to work with.
