AMAZING product, quality was even better than I was expecting, these things are quite sturdy and durable. We had an issue come up with our order over the holidays and customer service was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our order made it in time for Christmas! Excited to order our expansion packs!

My child has had her Big Set for a few years now, and it’s still her go-to toy. She’s had plenty of other toys come and go, but this one has truly stood the test of time.

The quality has held up really well, and one big bonus is that the panels are repairable if needed — which you don’t often see with toys these days. They’re actually quite easy to repair too (I find it oddly therapeutic! 😅).

Yes, it’s an investment upfront, but in my experience, it lasts far longer than most toys and continues to be used again and again.

I will tell you I was a little skeptical about this since I don't know anything about the product or anyone to ask who has it. We ordered it for Christmas, but it was on backorder. Now I know why, our grandkids loved it and could not get enough of it. We made every build we could think of. They love to build but loved more breaking it apart like they were dinosaurs. Truley I'm not sure who enjoyed it more them or the adults using their imagination building things. GREAT GREAT toy for the kids to build their imaginations.

I bought this as a toy for my four grandchildren at Christmas and their Mum says they haven't stopped playing with them. We bought 2 big sets and a rectangles. The rectangles were slow to come because of some issue but they communicated with me at the time.

We bought a big Superspace set along with the windows and doors pack for our home and have loved it. Shipping took a little longer because of the holiday rush, but the Superspace team kept us in the loop the whole time. Once it arrived, it quickly became something we use together as a family. It gets kids off screens and actually building, talking, and problem-solving with us instead of next to us. It’s hands-on, open-ended, and creates the kind of shared play and learning that technology just doesn’t support.

Absolutely love these!!! I order them last Christmas for my kids, and my nieces love them so much as well that now my sister has them at her house too. She told her school principal about them and their school has them as well. Everyone has the best time with them - adults too!

I purchased the Big Set and Rectangles pack for my niece and nephew (4 and 6), and they absolutely love this playset! They spend hours every day building forts, castles, restaurants, imaginary worlds, and whatever they can dream of. Such a cool toy, and I highly recommend it.

Awful!! Don’t be fooled by impressive advertising. I’m not sure if this is a scam to be honest. Order placed 11th November. Absolutely no sign of it arriving only one e-mail to say it will not be here for Xmas with a long explanation. They offered an immediate refund as an option , which I gladly accepted. No response since, not surprised. I’ll raise a dispute with Pay Pal.

I have had exactly the same experience as other recent reviewers have quoted. I ordered the Big Set over one month ago and chased them up for confirmation of delivery. I received similar excuses and was initially informed that the shipment should arrive mid December and that they hope it would be delivered before Christmas. They are now saying that they have no record of my order! I have sent them a screenshot of my credit card payment that was processed on 12 November. I don’t know at this point whether they are a scam company or just singularly incompetent. In any event my grandchildren and their parents will be very disappointed.

No idea what this product is actually like because they royally screwed up my order. I ordered the big set on the 8th November after seeing adverts on instagram and seeing on the website that these would arrive mid December…here we are on the 17th of December and I’ve been told that your shipment contained “less inventory than expected”. I don’t quite understand, surely you place an order with your manufacturer and they fulfil the requested quantity?! They barely kept me updated about delays and it wasn’t until I messaged them at the start of December (concerned that this item wouldn’t actually arrive in time for Christmas) that they start giving me some line about potential delays due to being at the “mercy of the sea”; I assume you’re not navigating treacherous and unknown waters with a sailing boat in an era of 17th century maritime mercantilism? This excuse then changed to not receiving enough stock…which issue is it? Did you order enough stock or not?
Pardon me but personally I think this was just a flimsy excuse for bad planning and logistics. How is nearly 7 weeks lead time not enough to fulfil an order for Christmas Day? I don't know of any other retailer that can't achieve that? To anyone else considering this item, I'd be very wary of ordering if you have a set date in mind. They'll probably arrive eventually, but clearly not when you want them to.

I am writing this to warn prospective customers about Superspace’s unreliable fulfillment process and lack of transparency.

Despite placing an order well in advance for Christmas gifts, I was misled regarding the status of my delivery. On December 9th, I was given assurances that delivery was on track. By December 14th, their integrated tracking system indicated the order was "on its way." However, on December 16th—a mere eight days before Christmas—I was informed that the order would not be fulfilled due to "damaged stock."

My primary concerns with this company are as follows:

Delayed Notification: Waiting until mid-December to notify customers of a total fulfillment failure is professionally unacceptable, as it leaves parents with zero margin to source alternatives.

Lack of Transparency: When I requested a clear explanation of how "undamaged" stock was allocated among pending orders, the company provided a generic "first in / first out" response without substantiating why my early order was excluded.

Inadequate Resolution: Offering a small accessory set for a January delivery is an insufficient remedy for a failed Christmas commitment.

A refund is a legal minimum, not a gesture of goodwill. This company lacks the logistical oversight required to manage seasonal demand reliably. If you require an item for a specific date or occasion, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Item ordered late October. Chased in late November due to non receipt of the purchase. Was told by customer care that the item was delivered (it was not). Was then told an investigation would now need to begin into the missing item, and a replacement would only be sent pending the outcome. Several weeks passed, no investigation findings and no response to chaser emails (last response 12 days ago despite 4 chasers). This was not a good experience, especially since the item cost £300+. Very disappointed that my kids will not receive a great gift idea this Christmas. Update: I've changed the review to 3 stars as full refund received from Andy with thanks for handling, despite the inconvenient and disappointing circumstances/experience.

Expensive, but works great. I do wish it was more affordable but it really is fantastic, my son loves little "dens" so being able to make new ones all the time is great for him. He's 3, so maybe it wouldn't work as well for bigger kids, but if we make the dens structurally sound we have zero issues with them falling down. Shipped and arrived quickly too

The grandkids loved these tiles. My daughter's children vary in age, 9, 8 and 2. They all enjoyed playing with the Big Set tiles. They spent hours playing each day. The 2 year old worked to build his own fort. He will be playing with these for years. I am going to get a set of the tiles for my other grandson.

These panels are really expensive and the magnets aren't strong enough to hold the constructions together. I wrote to the company and they didn't respond.
