The guy I spoke with showed me professionalism, he has a good sense of humour, polite and a very good attitude towards me. Customers comes first and he was really calm when talking and was always very friendly. He is a nice person. I will give him a 100%. He has a good heart. Thanks

The lovely lady I spoke to was so nice and patient with me, unfortunately the line seemed to cut in and out when she gave me her name, but even during some pretty difficult questions she was very patient, kind, non-judgmental and helped guide me through it painlessly. I’ve never applied for anything like this so she was very professional and friendly to help make this process a lot easier. Thank you

Absolutely best service ive ever experienced, Theo should be awarded for his professional, understanding and outstanding work. He is compassionate, knows when he needs to be serious and knows when to make jokes with clients to make them feel better about themselves. It is worth going for.
