Set up everything required for a campaign, then had a weird payment issue I can't troubleshoot about my Link account (That works fine in at least 10 other platforms that I use)

I wrote a support request email, no one even read it for a couple days. Then they responded with "support is only available on discord or their mobile app" which is a joke.

They also don't have an option to delete your profile and data in the platform.

This is not a serious business.

We wanted to test out Noise because of the PPV. Their team is always "busy" so they support is not very good but we still gave it a chance. We received $5 instantly for no reason and then we got $10 bill because of 2 content creators. Very low quality and even with wrong number of views.
We cancelled right away and we felt is a scam. Be careful with this platform.

Looked initially like a very premium service, but turned out more like a scam. Our company got charged more than the 50$/day limit we set, and we ended up losing 150$ on this platform. When we tried contacting for this, they became totally unresponsive.

We received static posts instead of what we actually asked for, and that too were useless. Same accounts posting 5 times in less than 30 minutes, and there was no accountability to whether that was even what we asked for or not.

Highly not recommended, waste of money.

This is a scam. Initially they sound too premium : but I ended up being scammed $150 : no results. Even I put limit of $50/day spend they charged over it. And then they become unresponsive.
Be careful : you will see people will start making static posts : but they all are useless : same accounts posting 4, 5 times in less than 30 mins, no accountability. TOTAL waste of money.

Avoid Noise App(getnoise.com) at all costs.
This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a marketing platform.

I requested to cancel my subscription over 10 days ago, yet they continue charging my credit card. The moment they had my payment information, customer support went from responsive to completely silent.

The quality of the deliverables was terrible. I received multiple posts that were practically identical—four or five versions of the same thing with no changes. It felt lazy, low-effort, and nowhere near worth what I paid.

On top of my own experience, I've also come across multiple creators saying they weren't paid or that their accounts were closed or disabled around the time they were expecting payment. I can't personally verify those claims, but seeing those reports only reinforced my decision to stay away from this platform.

Based on my experience, I would never recommend Noise to either brands or creators. There are far better platforms that actually stand behind their service and treat people fairly.

Absolutely low quality creators with low effort TikTok videos.

I was charged $20 and I got 6 videos posted by 2 creators in total. 3 and 3 videos each.

Creator 1 just posted his 3 second hook and a screen recording of the "onboarding" of the app, the ONBOARDING, not even the actual functionality of the app.

Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, creator 2 just posted her 3 second hook and SCREENSHOTS of the AppStore listing, not even a screen recording of the app, wow.

And now they have a hold on my card and will keep charging me for whatever views these useless videos accrue.

There's also no way to message the creators for improvements in further videos. They are just changing the hook with a new reaction and pasting the same screencast after that.,

Terrible experience.
