Today is the first time I didn't need to use a heat pack on my lower back for 20 minutes just to get moving in the morning. Thanks to Nero MD. I can get right up and start my day. No thanks to the chiropractor I was seeing.

Feels good for the time I'm using the device but haven't noticed an improvement overall. Will keep using it and hope it helps.

It’s only been about 4 wks. Maybe some slight improvement. Been thru a pair of butterfly pads and nearly thru a pair of square ones. Their durability is not good and they are very expensive. Would like to hang onto this unit and keep trying for a few months but the cost of pads is going to break me up. Not sure yet if it’s a keeper.

I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis with arthritis and narrowing of the pathways the artery travels through. Did an MRI said that I would need a Spinal fusion at S-1 L5, I just woke up one morning got out of bed couldn't stand up because of pain that was so unbearable. Suffered with excruciating pain for nine weeks not to mention the many prayers I prayed for the Lord to help me deal with the pain. Seen the advertisement to this device numerous times and you shrugged it off as a normal TENS unit. I was paying $90 a visit to the chiropractic's office I figured after two visits it would pay for this unit, yes, the chiropractor's office was using a TENS unit I don't know what the major differences between there TENS unit versus what I have purchased from NeurMD but it did make a difference. I can stand for several hours at a time now I can walk without pain, and I know many are going to read this and say well I'm just promoting something. I've never promoted anything in my life other than Jesus Christ. I believe this was a God sent I'm still recovering every day just a little bit better, but I did learn that just using it like it recommended 20 to 25 minutes a day works great using it more than this seems like it put me back just a little bit so I just use it as recommended. I'm not going to have surgery now want to continue to see how my progression is with this new unit. All I can say is I'm glad I purchased the unit I'm not even taking pain pills now or any kind or anti-inflammatories other than some ibuprofen may be every other day or so. Doctors said I would need surgery without a shadow of a doubt and that's all there is to it, but between God and this new NeuroMD unit it's given me my life back. don't get me wrong I still have moments, but I could live this way the rest of my life if I had to compared to 8 or 9 weeks ago. I'm 64 years old and I'm in pretty good health and I Hope I never go through that kind of pain again.

Using the model 2 has been great for tolerating low back pain. Lots of choices on how to find the right combo of pain relief. A vast improvement over model one.

I had an issue with pairing my neuromd pods to my remote. I contacted support and someone got back to me within a couple of hours. They informed me how to get my remote control back on track and now I am using my units again. Thank you so much Neuromd for your assistance!!! Wonderful company. And their product works!

I was a skeptic as I have had 2 major surgeries that have not "fixed" me...not even close (Laminectomy and fusion of L4-L5). Surgeons say I need a triple fusion to address layers above and below the existing fusion...I am avoiding like the plague so will try anything. I gave NeuroMD a shot and it has made a difference. I just got done mowing my lawn which I would not have been able to do pre-NeuroMD. My extreme leg pain has subsided and I can walk at least twice as far as I used to be able to walk without sciatica shutting me down. Looking forward to continued use to see if imporvement continues.

This thing works! Pretty sure I’m going to burn out the motor but not having to take pain medication is way better. I’ve had it going for a solid week whereas usually it’s a couple times a day. If I do burn it out, I know where to get a new one! 😉

I had a laminectomy and fusion surgery on L4-L5 in April 2025 and derived benefit from the procedure. However, after several months, I noticed my lower back and legs were still painful much of the time. PT didn't provide much relief, so when I saw information about NeuroMD, I was intrigued and ordered the unit. I started using this the day it arrived and have used it daily for almost 30 days. I read that the relief would build over time, and I have noticed steady improvement in my walking ability and an overall lessening of discomfort. I intend to continue my regimen and am excited about my continued progress. I was somewhat skeptical when I first read what a NeuroMD unit could do for me, but I can honestly say, in my experience, it has lived up to those expectations, and I am quite pleased that I took a chance on this great program.

The pain has become really manageable. Some days are pain free after using neuro md for one month already. I am hoping the pain will completely go away after 12 weeks.

The pads lose adhesion after 5-6 uses.

Bought the whole body divise very hard to get it to work sent many emails for help just got a lot of B.S. wanted to return now there saying it's to late don't buy this it's never worked right .

I've been wearing it for about 30 days. It seems to work a little. No major decrease in pain but the vibrations tend to distract from the actual pain. I've even been activating it more than the 25 min per day.

I have tried many things and am thankful to have found NeuroMD for my lower back pain. I've had the device for over 4 months and use it 1-2 times daily. The device is easy to use and I appreciate that I can easily apply it to different areas of my back that need attention. I believe it has helped me imeasurably.

The back device has given me pain relief within weeks and allows me to enjoy an active lifestyle. As good as the product is, the customer service may be better. My questions are answered almost immediately and are answered thoroughly and understandingly. The experience has been remarkable.

Unit works ok problem with patches, was supposed to hear from someone but never have

No noticeable improvement as of yet. I understand I have 60 days to return item if I am not satisfied.
