Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to address a few important points of clarification.

GetItinerary.com provides flight and hotel itineraries for visa application purposes — we do not offer, advertise, or claim to provide PNR (Passenger Name Record) numbers anywhere on our website or in our service description. PNR numbers are generated by airlines upon actual ticket purchase, which is entirely separate from what we offer. We're sorry if there was any misunderstanding about the nature of our service, but this expectation falls outside the scope of what we provide.

We also have no record of any email, message, or support request from your account. Had you reached out, we would have been happy to clarify our service or issue a refund — our customer satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind our 99% + success rate when travelers use our services for their visa application.

Hi Guillermo,

We are sorry you feel this way, and we want to help you with the issue you encountered. Unfortunately, we cannot find any record of your name or email address in our system, nor any communications ever being sent to us from this email or name. We reached out to you through Trustpilot to get more information and to provide a copy of the order you placed, but you never responded.

We strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction here, and if you are not happy with your order, we will refund you, but again, we cannot even find a record of payment with your name. Perhaps you mistook us for a different company that you ordered from. There are many competitors that have appeared over the years that have purposely created similar-sounding websites to ours. We have been in operation since 2018 and were the first to provide our automated service.

Again, we apologize if you were not happy with our itineraries. We’ve been using this format for years now and given the near perfect acceptance rate our services provides see no need to change things, but understand you may have been expecting something different. Please reach out to us at info@getitinerary.com so we can help you with your refund. However, if you did mistakenly submit a review to the wrong company, we respectfully ask you to reassign it to the company you ordered from.

We looked up your name on our system and could see your user account you created but you never placed an order. Perhaps the transaction failed or your card was declined but I can guarantee no money was ever taken from your account by our system. If you feel that there is a charge related to us you should contact us at info@getitinerary.com so we can investigate and contact our payment provider for assistance if necessary. We do not disappear from assisting our customers nor do have fake reviews on our site, each review is from customer feedback that we receive.

If you read our FAQ section you would see that our service creates a reservation for a flight or hotel reservation through our travel agency. Verifying an itinerary or travel plans through a travel agency has been an acceptable practice for Visa applications for many years. Our service also provides the benefits of allowing the itinerary to be verified up to the dates of travel on them unlike other systems that create dummy entries with an airline that are removed after 24-48 hours in most cases and cannot be verified after that. In regards to your other comments, you agree to our Terms and Service prior to ordering and we provide as much information on our website to educate people before they order and due to the fees and costs to operate our business it makes it difficult to automatically refund someone if they are suddenly not happy with our service. We do our best to find an amicable solution with our customers and if none of the options we gave you sufficed we can refund your money if you like, please contact us at info@getitinerary.com so we can sort this out.

I'm sorry our itineraries are not to your liking or particular preferences. We could have provided you a sample of our itineraries prior to you ordering them if you had asked. However, our itineraries do follow international standards and display all pertinent information for travel verification on them. Our itineraries have been used tens of thousands of times over the last several years and they do indeed work and provide the necessary assurance for visa verification purposes.

Hi, we tried contacting you but you never responded to our email so we will help clarify the situation here. As we said in our email correspondence to you, the flight and hotel itineraries we provide are reserved within our travel booking system based on available inventory at that time. That is the same system we use for our other Travel Agency business. There is nothing fake about the information provided and is the same system our agents use to book travel for their customers.

We clearly state on our website that these are not Flight tickets that you can lookup on an airline website, instead these itinerary reservations are for the purpose of visa applications only. Our apologies if you misunderstood or did not see that information. We attempted to correct the situation with you but as mentioned, you never responded to our request. Please respond to our email if you would like to discuss this further. Thank-you.
