Email received 31 March to advise I would be getting a refund, no refund has been processed.
I don’t believe for one minute all the positive reviews on here as they all seem to AI generated.
As I have just advised this company they have seven days to process a full refund including postage or I will be taking them to small claims court.

While the actual repair work was fine
While the actual repair work was fine, the overall human experience with this company left a lot to be desired. Communication was unclear, support felt unhelpful, and I often felt like I was chasing them for updates rather than being kept in the loop. It’s frustrating when the service part of a service company feels like an afterthought. If they improved how they treat and communicate with customers, the experience would be much better.
Scam or communication problem? Its a scam
To this day I am not sure, but I have been without my Tacx Neo PCB since last December, I have paid in advance for the supposed repair, a month ago they contacted me that the repair was finished, now they seem to have a problem returning the package to me (is it so difficult to ship?), I have written to them on multiple occasions and they do not seem to care in the least to respond, which leads me to think, is it a communication problem or a scam? I wonder if I am confused and it is not, in that case I apologize and I will correct my review, but months later I have neither product nor response nor money. I suppose that on the next trip we will have to pay them a visit with an authority.
Now I can say that they've returned the part to me, with a repair, if you can call it that, incomplete and defective. After contacting them again after multiple attempts, they only provide delays, no solution, and no refund. My personal advice: if you don't want to waste your time and money, find another company (this one can't be called that). As you can see, the website is also incomplete and doesn't have a payment platform. The positive reviews seem to be written by a bot. Don't advance them your money; you won't see it again. If they don't repair it and charge you a fee, IT'S A SCAM.

Very happy with work carried out on our device. Kept informed by e mail throughout. Would use again.
Bose Headphone repair.
Sent my Bose headphones for repair as they would not switch off and consequently battery drained overnight.
Repair was quoted at £58 so I went ahead.
You get the opportunity for a fast track repair for an extra £35 which I declined.
Total cost ended up at £80 with addition of £22 postage etc.
The repaired headphones were returned to me after two months.
Communication could be improved.

Anthem Statement p5 amplifier. So if you’re reading this and the many other 1 star negative reviews do not send anything to Getitfixed or you will regret it . In October 2024 Having looked at the very convincing website saying they repair Anthem Statement equipment (( and they use authentic replacement parts)) I emailed them , they told me to send in the amp by courier for repair which cost £60 . Then I received the email asking for £601 in total for express repair and parts needed by bank transfer which I sent to them , and then silence . After many emails mostly unanswered , the ones I did get said awaiting parts . I looked at trust pilot and found the many pages of 1 star negative reviews , then the penny dropped , it’s a SCAM . I contacted Anthem Statement who confirmed no parts had been ordered . I have asked get it fixed ltd repeatedly to send back the amp with no reply each time .
This is what I’ve done so far and I would urge you to do the same . I contacted victim support which gives you the contact telephone number of Action Fraud , I rang them and gave them all the details which they took down and after giving me a crime number they said they would pass the information up the chain of command .
I then looked up the crime commissioner for Birmingham and the West Midlands police , Mr Simon Foster . I googled and went onto the West Midlands police site , this gives you access to email the crime commissioner , which I did at the beginning of April 2025 , again giving him all the facts and asking for his and police help to retrieve my amplifier. I have just received an email back within a week from the West Midland Police CC giving me a case ref number , also saying in order to be of assistance my email has been logged under the case ref number and they are taking this very seriously and have passed my email to the police for further investigation . I can now only put my trust in the police knowing I’ve done my best to retrieve my property and hope this will help others .
UPDATE. After a police visit on 23rd April , I received an email on 24thApril from Getitfixed saying my amplifier was ready to be picked up. (yes a police visit), was what it took after many unanswered emails . I arranged a courier pick up (£60)and the amplifier was returned to me on 7th May . No repair had been done after paying £601 and 6months waiting . Without the intervention of the crime commissioner team and the West Midlands police visit I’m sure I would not have seen my £10,000 amplifier again . So many thanks to them . I emailed Getitfixed asking for the return of the £601 I’ve paid them and I’ve received no reply to date , so with courier fees £721 . Looking at the 1 star negative reviews here It seems they’re doing very well charging for repairs and doing nothing . When I initially googled Anthem Statement uk repairs in October 2024 and up came this company with the anthem logo saying yes they use anthem replacement parts I had no reason to believe they’re not legit . Bank transfer only should have been a warning . Lesson learned .
Absolutely nightmare
Absolutely nightmare! After the initial photos and asking for additional money, I received no communication for months. My emails went unanswered, and my calls were ignored. Eventually, I went there in person, only to discover that my Denon had been returned in even worse condition than before. It was packed in a box, completely neglected and abandoned. They had no intention of contacting me or repairing the issue. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.
Do Not use
Sent my CD player to be repaired in November. Replaced laser and said was sorted and got back in January. Still has the same playback issues as before they fixed it. Reported it and was asked to send videos of player and problem. Have done this and not heard anything back. Have emailed a few times and tried ringing but the number cuts off from their side after a few minutes.
Cost £200 approximately and no better than before sent. Avoid

January 13th - Behringer Active Speaker amplifier, quoted common fault (Power supply) "easily fixed" Paid up front, (Which I didn't like?) then conned into paying extra £35.00 to get the amp repaired quicker or wait over five weeks for repair. I sent the amp off using the mailing label supplied.
I asked for an update 11th February,(awaiting parts)
5th March I asked for my property to be returned and a refund of monies paid, 11th March repeated my request, told parts arrived, repair on bench.
25th March asked for refund and return of property again,as yet no reply from James, Get It Fixed, (or not?) and lose item and money.
Please DO NOT use this company if you value your items.

I paid extra for express service, and would hear within a week.
But to date no communication at all. Can’t get any reply on telephone after trying for over week.Very disappointed indeed. Their website is very impressive.

I sent in my Bose Acoustamass speaker/amp to be repaired
They had diagnosed it over the phone by asking me to do a simple test to determine amp or head unit and this made clear it was the amp
I paid extra for quicker diagnosis and repair in total about £200+ for what they said was a power failure part
Finally received the unit back (in the packaging I sent it in ) and to my disappointment the unit is still not working and makes the exact same sound as before
Clearly was not a power failure and something else and again as previous reviews I suspect no repairs have been done on this unit and if so wrongly diagnosed so a perfectly good part has been replaced possibly by something else
I have emailed them and tried ringing numerous times but no response at all

They have done an excellent job with my valve power amplifier, musical fidelity vintage amplifier, it's better than was before, they also did a full audio grade capacitors replacement. It took 6 weeks till I've got back my radio but the service it's transparent being inform of every step of my repair by email.

Truly appalling company and my experience is similar to several reviews here.
My Ruark R4 was returned to Get it Fixed in July 2024 following the failure of the display. I was quoted a figure for its replacement which I paid and waited and waited.
Eventually it was returned with exactly the same fault. It was returned again and was notified that it had further faults for which payments of £32 and £38 would be required.
Once again it was returned to me and again the display was inoperative. In November 2024 I returned it again and waited. By December I was emailing and phoning them weekly neither of which were answered.
In February I'd had enough and gave them 14 days to respond before I bought a county court action against them.
This prompted a reply within 24 hours which said it wasn't repairable. They advised they would buy the R4 from me for £168 (I had already spent nearly £200) or they would return it unrepaired and refund me £119, which I agreed to and they promptly paid into my account.
I'll be sending it to Ruark for a diagnostic and repair but suspect, like others, that no attempt was made to repair it.
I wonder if there isn't a market for easily repaired expensive sound equipment which the customer has given up on and is pleased to receive an offer on.

Sent off a Pioneer A-Z470 amp to be fixed. It wouldn’t power on only clicked. Paid £120 and they reckoned they changed some components but it only powered on for 1hr, they suspected a motherboard problem which they couldn’t source. They sent it back and refunded me just over £30. I’ve since sent the amp to another repairer who informed me they had done no work on it at all. The ground wires from the input digital supply had not been touched, these needed to be desoldered to facilitate a repair. Also the motherboard screws were still covered in dust, The new repair team found that the pre-amp 5.6v fuse was missing and a few regulators were not working, these needed amp is now fully working. These guys are a con they charge you for doing nothing. I was lucky to get my unit back and a small refund. I’ve asked them for a full refund, but I suspect I would have more luck finding Rocking Horse manure. Leave these guys well alone, the never answer the phone. I’ve since read some of the other reviews, wish I had seen them before. Going to report them to trading standards.

The repair was performed and a recap was also offered to improve sound quality of the sub due to noise detected during repair. Service was great.
Only small improvement would be to increase communication on status/progress so I was kept up to date with progress.
