Easy to understand and process exam. Proctor (Michelle) was WONDERFUL, patient, encouraging, and helpful.

My proctor was super helpful and professional. We did experience. Ahor set backs trying to log in, but she was supportive and patient.

Very rude proctoring experience. I highly suggest going to another proctor company. The provided little information before the exam and then after exam was finished I received no instruction about scores or if I had to stay on zoom. I stayed on zoom for an extra 20 minutes because I didn't know what to do. Another person that was not my original proctor came on and was extremely rude. She asked me why I was still on zoom and I told her because I had not received any other instructions. She yelled at me via zoom. I asked her where get certified america was located and she responded with: The cloud and rudely hung up on me as I was asking her questions about my scores. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!

The proctor was professional and very patient with me. Exam jitters can make the simplest task seem overwhelming. My proctor provided clear instructions with the perfect amount of humor.

The lady I worked with was very nice, however the 'back-seat' listener lady came on abruptly and cut off her own employee to talk to me; which she was extremely rude with her tone.

The instructions for taking this test was 10 pages long. And that's just to log on! It only added to the stress of taking the test. Once the proctor was involved and everything got rolling, I was much more confident. Until I started taking the test. The grouped questions were slow to load and there was a lag to the controls and mouse. I passed, but barely. If the controls were faster, I would have gotten a better score. I assure you that I have plenty of bandwidth to work with and that was not the issue. While studying - practice for speed.

The porter was very nice and helpful . Someone needs to tell certiport you can take the exam remotely if you have office 365. They are telling customers you have to take it in person . They are wrong . Your company is great
