Ruck arrived Friday really pleased with it, only done one ruck so far but love.

Phoned up, very helpful man told me that dpd haven't been in the area to pick the parcel up form the wearhouse, But I have been told it should be picked up today for delivery tomorrow so we will keep at 3 stars for now and see if the tracking updates tonight and I get the delivery tomorrow.
It's 3* for now but once I receive my goods I will edit the review.
I placed an order for a goruck 3.0 with embroidery on Monday 31st aug (bank holiday). I choose this model as all other models had a 7 day delivery time. This one did Not have this stated in the items description. On Monday I emailed the email address at the bottom of my order confirmation email along with a Facebook message and also Instagram message ( you never know what one might get answered to first some company only contact via socials ) to see if my order would be dispatched the next working day after the holiday Tuesday 31st as the other gorucks have 7day delivery time and who would delivery my order. I didn't get any response on Monday as it's bank holiday and I knew I wouldn't. By mid morning on Tuesday I still hadn't had a response to my emails/message. So I then went on beaverfiteu website to see if there was any contact information. I found a contact form and filled that in with the above information! I did get a reply to this email, stating that my order was being packed that day Tuesday 3st aug ready for dispatched on Wednesday 1st and it would be the courier company who contacts be about delivery (station courier) so I replayed with thank you very much I will await the email from the courier. Late afternoon I then get an email from dpd local telling me that my order had been dispatched and it would arrive with me on Wednesday 1st sep. so I thought we'll that's great lovely job. But no it's now Thursday 2nd sep and dpd still don't have my parcel. So once again I have emailed via the contact form on beaverfiteu to see what's going on!
1.I was given a time frame (yes I understand it's COVID times but beaverfit could have stated it would be 7days like the other gorucks listed on the web shop).
2.I was told in an email it would be station courier who would be contact me of which it's not its dpd.
3. The item has been dispatched but the courier doesn't have it yet! So who does have it ?
I hope this can be resolved quickly and efficiently.
I will be fulling up and editing this review as I establish what and where my order really is. I will also so following up my email with a phone call today.
