Get a Cut are an approved supplier for Remington. I ordered and paid for replacement blades for my Remington shaver on 07.06.2026. More than ten weeks later I've had one email apologising for the lack of response and promising that they'll look into my order. There's been nothing since and I still haven't received my order. I'm trying to get a response from Remington to see if there are any other approved dealers in NZ. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. The Get a Cut website promises they are committed to providing excellent customer service but this has been the WORST service I've ever experienced. I do NOT recommend you buy anything from Get a Cut.

I bought a Philips Face and Hair Multigroom Kit. Everything was great until three months later when the unit just stopped working - for no apparent reason. Reached out to Get a Cut --- total silence! Customer service was great when I first bought the item (hence the two stars) but absolutely garbage after sales service. Once they've got your money it seems they don't care at all.

First time ordering from this company so a bit leery. But the item I ordered arrived the next day and was exactly what I expected. I hadn’t seen this website before but thought I would take a chance and happily, it appears to be the real deal with a contact person and follow up email.
