Disappointed waste of money
Disappointed, the box was damaged, it looked like it was already opened and used. No protection over controls and scratched up. Device is noisy and setting it at 30 barely makes a difference on the room. I asked to return, they would have charged me shipping (fine print). I asked why when they sent used and damaged. They kept referring to policy. I gave into getting a 30% refund to get soem money back. They do not stand behind the product. It was overpriced to begin with after exchange. Lesson learned, read fine print, do not trust all reviews you read. Do not waste your money, there are better, more reliable heaters out there for less.
