Esse Geomobile para mim não passa de um golpe.
Eu me inscrevi para um teste de 24 horas, $ 4,99 USD.
Totalmente diferente do anunciado, não funcionou em nada ao que se propõe.
No dia, me foi cobrado $ 4,99 (o qual, em momento algum, informava ser em dólar, (apenas apresentava o símbolo $).
Lá também informa que temos 24 horas para optar por não participar, mas a cobrança de uma inscrição anual foi debitada em meu cartão antes disso, então a assinatura automática cobra você antes que você possa cancelar.

I signed up for a 24hr trial, $4.99 USD
The location service doesn't work as it advertised. And it didn't work at all for me.
The next day I ways charged $4.99USD and $79.11 AUD
It says you must give them 24hrs to opt-out so the auto subscribe bills you before you can opt-out. For a service that does not work as they advertise.

Scam, stay away from them!

i bought the single day like everyone else they charged me the month the next day i have been emailing non stop asking them to cancel they kept asking me for different info they needed to cancel then stopped responding

I used this as a one-off to help locate my partner's phone, though ultimately it did not help in the way it promised anyway. Be warned: not only did it take the fee to use it on the spot (which is fine), but it charged my account $79.25 AUD separately - which, it seems is an auto-opt in to a subscription. Now I have to spend time cancelling. Unscrupulous conduct really. Not only did the service not work, but they sting you for funds unknowingly. Terrible.

The mobile phone locator does not work, the next day two payments were removed from my account (approx $90NZ). Apparently when you use their locator service you are unwittingly signing up for a monthly subscription. I had to block future payments, change cards. I did email the company and did receive a refund of the ‘imaginary subscription’. Don’t be fooled, stay away from this company.

Like many others, I signed up for the $4.99 trial. Of course, that was $US so I paid AU$6.99. My bad.

My search did not work. No result at all.

I found my phone using Google Maps' location service. Sadly I found that solution after signing up with the scammers.

Happily, I paid via PayPal and have been able to cancel any recurring payments before they start. Also, I have raised a case with PayPal to cancel the payment and get a refund from Geomobile.

Do not use this less than zero outfit!!!! 24 hour time till the renewal, then they cleaned my account out which was only supposed to be $49.99 Bull shit!!!! Run away from geo mobile!!!!before renewal deadline they where no contact info available on there app,no email no phone number ,so by the time it took me to get contact info ,then it wouldn't go threw till after they cleaned out my account ... I'm pissed off as this has left me in a compromising situation and being with only 25 cents left in my account... Kiss my ass Geo mobile

I wish I had read these reviews first. I am in the same boat as the rest of these people and have had to contact my CC company and get a new card immediately after purchasing the trial and finding out what a scam this was. I am also going to find out where I report this site for investigation and consumer protection

Pure scam. Trail 0.5cts...but charged €40 without any results....

This is clearly a scam company. when i opted for there service. 1 time use 24hour peroid to locate my phone. i paid and was billed via a company called digitaloom, an AI company for about 7and half dollars. the service interface with map was unable to find my phone and the service will send a text message to your phone for you..thats all. 24 hours later i get another charge from digitaloom again this time for 10x the price and i cant find a way to shut off what ever BS they are tring to charge me with.. do not us this service they are a scam. ive had to cancel my credit card and get it replaced

I am constantly dealing with backward directions and a broken phone line through which I can barely hear anything. The dealer has admitted to reaching through, and "leaning on the phone line." I'm registered, why can't it just snow? It doesn't give accurate bus routes and I don't want such miserable service. It doesn't even charge accurately.

I signed up, paid the $4.99, No Results. Message saying you cannot track the number because the phone is turned off.i didn't see any Info about that. Please remove my Subscription. Thank you

I am trying to cancel my subscription to your service .I did not agree to to any membership to your service . I cannot find a phone number or email .Money has been taken out of my account in the amount of $ 73.. I need the info to contact Geomobile phone tracker

Do not use this company, they are extortionists !
It was not made abundantly clear that they will ream you the day after you use there so called service, which is completely useless and did not work !

Wish I had read reviews before trying their service. Daughter ran away, tried this service to locate her phone and her. Selected the one time option (they lie in all their replies to these reviews, there actually is a "one time" option they offer). Charged my card the one time fee. Next day they tried to charge me another $75 usd. Thankfully my bank flagged it as fraud, stopped the transaction and contacted me right away. Unfortunately though, I am now stuck out of country without access to my bank account until I get home to show my ID and get a new card. Huge scam!

Paid for trial and received trial charge plus monthly fee have sent email to support to cancel have not responded. Product did not work

This phone tracking geomobil didn't bloody work they were supposed to only take $4.99 instead they took out $9.00 so I thought oww that's OK then.... but dis morning I go down to the shops and noticed that geomobile has taken .$91.00 this is not OK. Did it with out my permission..... so from my point of view don't use and beware of scammers......
