People that installed were great but...
People that installed were great. Fronm what I understand, we were their first install in the London ON area. They aren't the problem. The problem is the software and app that controls the lights. Now, I'm no computer programmer but holy crap, this is one aggravating piece of software. There is no logical way to program my lights. I'm not happy. My neighbour has a different brand and has no issues what so ever.

We recently had Gemstone Lights installed by Ortus Lighting and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable about their product. They took the time to explain the features, walk us through the app, and make sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted.
The lights themselves are incredible—energy-efficient, customizable, and they add such a beautiful touch to our home. Being able to adjust colors and patterns for different seasons and occasions is a game changer, and the quality of the installation is second to none.
