From quote to installation, my experience was nothing but professional. This product is fantastic! The quality is amazing, they can colour match any soffit colours for a seamless installation. All wiring is hidden and paired with the new hub2 controllers, you have endless options. LED's are so bright, I had to dim them a bit. At 100% brightness, my whole front yard was illuminated. The app is easy to use and I love the pre-determined patterns for all kinds of events. You can take a deep dive and customized your own patterns, set timers and share with the world. It's the lighting system you didn't know you needed.

The install team is great. They worked fast and cleaned up after they were done. The lead installer sat with us and answered all our questions and was very thorough showing us how the program worked.

It’s only been a few weeks since installation and we are very satisfied with the installation and as important the look. We like the fact that the fixtures are barely visible when off and very visible when on. The app is easy to use and the array of color combinations are almost limitless. Cars are stopping frequently in front of our house to take a look. GREAT LOOK!!

The dealer (Avalan) is very accommodating and did a good job from sales staff and technicians. We also like the new hub controller. It’s fantastic.

I do love the lights we did have one issues that I thought was a controller but when the tech got out found a bad connection to the controller I love that I can set pretty much everything on it still learning a few things but it is great

First the contractor, Josh, from Bright Scapes Contracting, was fantastic. Did a great job and was very particular on place of the tracks and the electrical box. Showed my how to use the app etc.
And the lights themselves are great. Not to mention my husband does not have to put up lights anymore!

Love our Gemstone lights! Not only are they beautiful, the track is hidden from view and the light combinations are endless. They are bright and festive and can be used year round for all holidays. No more climbing on tall ladders to decorate!

Customer service is great. Lights are fun and beautiful. 4 stars because I find it difficult to maneuver through and find different patterns. Some of the patterns seem the same. Maybe I just need more practice

All those years of dealing with getting up on ladder in the cold and light strings never working. Avalan Communication and Gemstone offer amazing responsive customer service.
