We have had the Gemstone lights on our home for two years now, and the compliments we get from our neighbors is always very positive. When we got our quote to acceptance of the quote to installation was about two weeks. They installed the system in a day and their technicians were very professional and courteous! The lights are amazing! They have an unlimited color wheel of patterns to use for every holiday, not just Christmas. We had a small issue after two years and they came out in two days did a thorough inspection and repair. They did NOT hesitate to take care of the issue. 5 STAR SERVICE and PRODUCT!

We love the strip lighting that was put around our three-story home.
In 15 years we were never able to put up Christmas lights due to the height when these lights came out I researched extensively and your products received the highest Stars.
The flood lights and landscape lights are amazing we are very satisfied with our lights our house is beautiful and I have recommended gemstone to my friends.
The app still needs work. The grouping of lights is hit or miss when you want to change the lights. The favorites definitely need more options to add. You can only have so many favorites and with the many seasons and holidays I forget which one I picked

Very efficient installation,quickly, no mess, and helpful

We had just come off a terrible five-month experience with another lighting company, paying for lights we couldn’t even use, so I was understandably cautious when we met with Travis, the owner of Silver Bells Lighting. But Travis took the time to sit down with us and carefully explain everything they offer, including a lifetime warranty. He made me feel confident that, as the owner, he would personally stand behind the product and make sure we’d never have another bad experience like before.

His installers Brian, Dacota, and Eli were outstanding: professional, meticulous, and clearly committed to doing things right. The lights worked perfectly from the start and have worked flawlessly ever since.

To top it off, Travis came by afterward to walk me through the app, showing me how to set timers, change colors, make patterns and everything I wanted to know.

The lights are great and I believe the app is great as well. However, there is a large gap when it comes to learning how to use the app. I've searched on the website for tutorials and it found a few but when it comes to customization and a lot of questions I have, I'm not sure where to turn to.
