unfair gameplay
there was a pragmatic BJ game i had played where there was a technical glitch on your end. the cards werent read properly and they just disregarded the whole game. some of us had good hands like myself. i had perfect pair kings against the dealers low card. i reached out to live support who couldnt be bothered to help me. all they said was that it was a glitch and the original bet had been refunded to my account. but shouldnt the round count since ALL the cards were already dealt? how is this fair to the players who had good hands and were forced to just give that up?
Update: someone reached out and has rectified the situation. Have gotten some compensation for the issue so thank you live support for reaching out after my review.
