Dear Bianca. Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience. Please note our products are not formulated to cure an existing allergy to Acrylates. Our products are able to stop an allergy from occurring in the first place due to our less skin sensitising formulation. However, once an allergy to acrylates happens it is, unfortunately, a life — long condition in most cases and a reaction to any product or brand is likely. One of the most important factors we urge everyone to consider when experiencing an acute intolerance to acrylates is to immediately seek testing with an accredited medical practitioner to determine the group or a specific type of acrylate you are sensitive to. The reason for this being is that an acrylate allergy is not merely a life long “inconvenience” when it comes to seeking for an “appropriate” nail system but an issue that can affect other aspects of your life such as your dental appointments. Please do not focus on the nail aspect of the problem and seek medical advice as a matter of priority. It is extremely important to identify the specific chemical components you are allergic to and to ensure you are aware of these. At Gellifique® we offer an Informational Brochure on our website complete with detailed information regarding our product system and allergy-related content. Hi Natalie,
Thank you so much for your review and we apologise for not being able to respond faster. As per our Terms and Conditions please accept the 5% discount for your review (it will apply automatically if you choose to place another order with us). To address the delivery issue you have brought up, yes unfortunately, the current shipping agents which we use (DHL and UPS) list your address as a remote location and the delivery charge goes up to £15+ thus, we must ship with alternative shippers to ensure the orders still reach you within a reasonable time frame.

However, we can appreciate the wait is frustrating as other customers tend to receive their packages within 3 working days. In our Terms and Conditions for delivery we do actually list 3-5 working days to be on the safe side so a week (including weekends) is not very far off the timeframe we outline.

Saying that can I take this opportunity to double-check whether you experience longer delivery times with your other purchases? We are continuously reviewing all our practices for dispatch to ensure the customer experience is always a good one so we will be looking to see how we can serve customers in "remote locations" more efficiently.

Dear Anna,
Thank you for your review. It is important to us that we collect as much feedback as possible from all of our clients and as per policy please accept a 5% discount for your review. With regards to the issues which you have listed in your review and as we have discussed by email, there is no known scientific correlation between our HEMA free formulation and exothermic reaction (heat spike), in fact, this common trait is present in most builder gel systems (both hard and soak off). This product type trait combined with weaker nail plate will cause discomfort for some clients and as we have stated in our email: "An issue of overfilling can often be linked to heat spiking, however as our products are retailed only for professional use, we are confident that our clients take utmost care in their services".
We thought it was important to list as much information as possible regarding various causes for an exothermic reaction as well as provide a number of options to resolve this issue. Of course, each and every one of our clients is entitled to an opinion and choice and it is completely normal that there is no "one system that suits all". However, as we have also mentioned in our email we are completely confident in the quality of our products.

As an allergy sufferer please ensure that you read all the product descriptions carefully prior to purchasing as we offer a mix of products and some will not be suitable for your use.
