I was connected to Geeks Tech Pro through HP help. They were fantastic. A seemingly minor problem with ink in my HP 6970 had tied up the machine for 4 days -- it wouldn't even let me scan to computer. The problem interrupted my home WIFI network as well. John and Charlie spent hours, literally, finding the source of the shutdown. I bought a network security plan (finally), and paid a relatively LOW technician fee. They called back to next day to check on things, and the day after that to ensure the printer and network were all working. I would highly recommend this company for technical support.

Typically, Geeks Tech Pro have done an outstanding job for my business over the 3-4 years that I've used them. This last issue involved syncing my Outlook 365 calendar with my mobile version. It took significantly longer than expected, but once they brought in a 'fresh pair' of eyes to assist, the problems were addressed quickly. I appreciate everyone's efforts, and I am 100% satisfied with their work, professionalism, and customer service.

I was Transferred to this company from Netgear for a wireless router. After having them work on my computer and router my router gradually began to slow down. I called to ask if the software “Network Protection” might be responsible.the person on the phone immediately started telling me it was my fault. After getting a supervisor on the line he promised to have a technician check and he would called me back exactly at 9:00 AM my time. No call. No way to get a refund, and no way to remove their installed software. Be wise never use this company

GEEK Technicians saved me from getting robbed of my money by directing me to shut off my internet connection from a scammer. He was then able to clear up my PC and get me back on track with quick action.
