1st time customer. Ordered a Funko and it never arrived. Waited 40 days and made a claim. No emails back. Nothing. Avoid Avoid.
1st Edit. There's no lies here. Your "refund" is NOT in my credit card account. Bad business and could have been avoided if you had bothered to reply to multiple emails. But no. Take it upon yourself to customer blame 🤣.
2nd Edit. Shop sent a refund when Trustpilot asked for my order number as proof today. I am not a liar. I have made it a 2* due to the refund. Would have been higher had I not been called a liar.

I ordered a Theoden Funko on April 20th and it's been a month now and the Royal Mail tracking still says "We're expecting it".
In that time I've contacted GeekPeek via WhatsApp on May 8th asking for an update and I was told "We had issues with Royal Mail moving our collection point to our new address. That’s also sorted now".
I accepted that reason so I continued to wait patiently. I then messaged again May 15th and was told "Royal Mail are due shortly".
I've lost hope that I'm going to receive my order and I can see that I'm not the only one who's having issues
Edit: I was no issued a full refund. I was refunded £30. The £4 shipping charge was not refunded even though it wasn't shipped
100% recommend this company. The owner, Richard, had gone into hospital and still kept me up-to-date on my funko pop. There was a problem with the one I wanted, and it was resolved immediately. Really impressed. Thank you so much

Incan confirm you have send me the Funko Shelby pop in small box and you say that the other pop was magical inside that small box. Even the courier had proof of the size of the box. Mistakes can happen to anyone but blaming others for that mistake is not a good sign of a good person. When I buy something from your website and it says it is free as a buyer what am I supposed to think. I also sell stuff in eBay but I have never called any of my buyers liars or argued for any reason. I have blocked the payment in Klarna and without getting my star wars pop I will not release it. I will wait till the end of this month for you to get it sorted or I will escalate this matter to the authorities. There was no way to contact you rather that putting a complaint through trustpilot.

Terrible they make you pay for express shipping and your order never ships I ordered theoden funko pop vinyl about 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it I am using the app shop to track it and the tracking number provided does not work and also says it hasn't shipped yet also the app shop does not help you report this problem do not buy from this company

Awful avoid at all costs. I order a theoden pop vinyl on 20th April. Item said in stock and company confirmed items where in hand. Emailed the company on 26th as they stated 48 hours Royal Mail. They came back and said 3 days processing. I am now on day 12 and still haven’t received my product. I needed the pop vinyl for a signing and it hasn’t arrived. Avoid this company at all cost
