Product received nothing like advertised product. geekhubis pretended that they had not sent the shoes, but they took my money. They also pretended that the name on my bank statement was not theirs? And then ignored my requests for a refund and did not respond to my questions. The shoes on the advertisement were really nice, orthopedic shoes but the shoes I received squashed in a plastic bag with no receipt or paperwork, looked like old mens slippers. Plastic sole definitely not orthopedic. I haven't bothered continuing with the correspondence as they never sent me an order number, and they won't look at a refund without an order number.
I'm stumped! I have these horrible old mens slippers that I will never wear and I paid $72.98 for the experience!
Please do not waste your money on this scam.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to buying from this company. DO NOT buy from them. After waiting a month for delivery, the shoes are cheap rubbish and when you try to return for a refund as per their returns policy they offer a discount to keep the shoes and keep offering a discount hoping you will give up and accept. 14 emails later I finally received a refund. A disgraceful company selling cheap rubbish. DO NOT BUY

I purchased a pair of "Relief Plantar Fasciitis and Heel Pain Soft Leather Slippers" on 23 April, 2025. What I received was NOT soft, NOT leather but a very cheaply-made pair of slippers that barely resemble what was advertised. The inside sole was hard and so was the outside soul. Very disappointing. Would give it zero stars if that were possible. Put it straight into the bin!!

I bought a pair of shoe on 27/March/ 2025, which was claimed as orthopedic women,Breathable,slipon Arch support.
and when I received them it did not have any of those claimed quality at all even very uncomfortable pulse the smell was horrible that I could hardly to take them out and try them. I asked for return and refund but they offered me 20% of $59 and said I can keep the shoe or donate them. finally I could get $35 after few time negotiation. I was very disappointed by Geekhubis company that did not even respect their policy and also with their dishonesty.

SCAM ! Avoid at all costs and pay attention to all the bad reviews as they are all true. Good reviews must be all fake! Ignore their return policy as you will never get your money back which makes it very difficult when you can't try on the shoes and see the cheap quality. Totally illegal as they state on their website that you can get a refund. Also the delivery took forever and they kept promising that the order is on it's way. If you have been scammed, please contact your bank and they will organise to get your money back.

I bought from a company called Lavissa-Melbourne but I have since seen an ad on YouTube advertising the exact same sandals I bought, now reading all these reviews on the company named "geekhubis" I have had the exact same experience, you can't even google the company because it seemingly doesn't exist. I have a current paypal dispute.

If I could rate this site 0 out of 5 I would. I bought a pair of slides that were supposedly orthotic slides, wore them less than half a dozen times & they're coming apart. Don't buy from this site their products are rubbish.

I purchased two medium sized shorts; the quality was fine, however the shorts were too small; on enquiring about a refund, they wrote back saying to keep the shorts, but they would offer a 20% refund. I explained I had no need for shorts that were too small; they wrote back again, suggesting I keep the shorts and give them to friends, and they would provide a 40% refund. Time consuming and not respecting their 30 day refund policy.

Advoid this company at all costs. Brought 3 pairs of apparent orthopaedic quality. They werent!! They were Cheep knock off shoes. They advertise a 30 day refund... They wont honour that either unless you push them. And then they wont let you send them back. it took me 11 emails to get a partial refund. And I had to fight for it 🤬🤬. I'm still $70 out of pocket.

I only looked at one shoe to know these were a copy of Taos sandals. Poorly shaped, sloppy fit, definitely not orthopaedic. I am returning both pairs unopened, as I shall not wear them. No doubt address is wrong, and I may not receive a refund. The advertising is deceitful.

Company advertises online genuine Croc footwear.
The website states the Office is in Manly, NSW, Australia.
All transactions go through the PayPal secure payment sytem and show as a Chinese vendor in China.
Shipment is sent form China and takes two weeks.
Purchase was for Crocs Santa Cruze mens shoes - beige.

Goods were NOT original Croc footwear.

There was a stiched label on the side of the shoes. The inner pads and the soles did not have the Croc branding and were the wrong colour - Tan not matching the beige picture online.

Only good for the bin.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. REPORTING TO AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER AFFAIRS.

Haven't recieved shoes paid $89 i thought they were Australian at first they are not getting back to me full scammers waiting for full refund

I am really not sure this company deserves even one star. What a dreadful experience. Please do not order from this company. Not only are the products sub- standard and unwearable but the company is utterly unwilling to allow a refund. I am now contacting consumer protection in my state.

Company delivered item that was not what I ordered. When I challenged their mistake I got a copy of a doctored order that did not match my original document that they argued proved they had delivered correct item and the mistake was wholly mine. Refused refund . The item itself badly made poor quality and not all reflective of their advertising. I would suggest people avoid at all tines

This is another Asian scam and fraudulent sellers. These shoes are not orthopedic, and the quality is absolutely appalling. I have had extensive surgery on both lower limbs and therefore require orthopedic shoes. The wife I purchased were no better than a very cheap pair of slippers from Kmart. I could not walk in either pair, and both pairs went in the bin. Do not buy from these people, and they should not be allowed to advertise as orthopedic when they are not..

These shoes are not orthopaedic as advertised! Customers Beware!
Very poor quality, came in a plastic bag, toxic glue smell, only one shoelace, 30 day money back guarantee is a joke, you have to really fight for any refund…10 emails later, I managed to get $43 refunded out of $60 originally paid.
They are a Chinese company with an Australian address. Scammers!

As many say, if I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased some leather, waterproof, lined boots from their website. They were flimsy synthetic boots with no laces included to fasten them. They were unlined. In other words, they were completely different from those in the website image.I contacted the company to request a full refund. Eventually they responded and offered me a partial refund, then a slightly larger amount until they asked me to burn the boots and send them a photo of the destroyed product, after which they would provide a full refund. The website states a clear returns policy! My bank refunded the money. Definitely do not use this company. They are crooks.

Not orthotic at all. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. One sandles, the heal doesn't grip so you cannot walk in them. They also had pink marking pen on them. The Orthotic slippers are not orthotic at all, entirely flat.
