Misleading and no support!

In the presented packages, information is provided about approximately how many minutes of video can be processed in a specific package. When we ordered the package and wanted to process a video, we found out that in reality, it is possible to do less than half of what was promised in the package. We immediately contacted support and received no response. We sent a few more emails, and to this day, almost a month after the purchase, there has still been no reply. In the meantime, we kept receiving automated emails from the address borut_geckodub.com.

We sent our complaint and request to establish communication multiple times, both to the company's official address (info_geckodub.com) and to the email address from which we received the automated emails. After all the failed attempts, we decided to cancel our subscription. When we did this in our profile on the company's platform, we did not receive any notification confirming that the subscription had been canceled. Now we are waiting to see if the payment might be reactivated and the amount deducted from our card.

WE ADVISE AGAINST working with Geckodub! Even if something doesn't work, you have no one to turn to because support DOES NOT work.

Really good software that was missing from the current AI solutions! It saves us a lot of the time producing mass UGC content for our ads!

I guess the advance Lip-Sync option is the best I have seen. We work with UGC creators who are constantly moving their hands or holding products near their faces while talking. Most tools I’ve tried create glitchy artifacts around the mouth. Geckodub handled it much better and felt more natural. Easy interface

I use GeckoDub for translating video Ads from Slovenian to Croatian language. We use videos on for Meta advertising and first results are very promising. Simple interface and impresive lip sync.
