I got the shoes, arrived on time and good condition, theyre legit and I would consider purchasing again

Very happy with my purchase. Shoes looked great just as described and fit well.

I purchased three pairs of shoes! Totally skeptical but saw others got their shoes and kids loved it! However, I purchased three last year and still haven’t received any of them. I asked for an update- “we are contacting shipping to get update” never heard back! Asked for a refund then - nothing! Still waiting and it’s been months now and still no reply! Horrible customer service- not impressed and now I have to fight my credit card company and the store for a refund! Crazy!!

I have been waiting over a month for my sons order was dated to arrive 12/27/25. but when I track the order it says the same thing for over a month

I am upset and feel like I was scammed. I made a few calls and was informed on what to do to report the site as fraud. Its messed up cause this was my sons Christmas gift. And the ONLY reason I gave a 1 star was due it it gave me no choice. Be mindful before you place orders with this site you will lose your money. so I had to cut some of the email off

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, a sweater, a phone case, and a pair of socks. One of the pair of shoes is printed backwards. The sweater is incorrect, it’s not a sweater it’s a zip up sweater which wasn’t what I ordered. The case is made of glass, obviously sensible as it broke day 2. The order was supposed to reflect a bogo for the sweater, hot charged for the sweater but the “free” item was the cheap socks. Overall the case was cool until it broke. Everything else is staggering poor quality.

My biggest complaint is their delivery. I purchased priority shipping because I needed it within two weeks. Estimated delivery time said the package would arrive when I needed it. I paid and all was well. However, this was not accurate since 2 weeks later, I was final given a delivery time but it was more than 3 weeks out from the purchase date! That would have been the original date for free shipping so I can't imagine what the arrival date was if I didn't buy priority. I contacted them and they replied quickly with a refund of my shipping costs. Yet, they reminded me of their "policy." No matter how many clauses you have about procurement and shipping times, I paid extra because it stated an earlier arrival. I even gave enough time (14 days of a 6-8 day procurement schedule as stated) to get them sent out so I believed it! To me that's a scam and should be taken seriously. This was a gift so I had to go through all of this. I would not shop here if I didn't have to. I'll have to wait to see the quality if it was even worth all of this for a gift.

This is my third or fourth Anime sneakers I bought for my daughter and they always look great!

This is by far without a doubt, the best custom animation company as well as other products. I personally have ordered somewhere around 28 to 30 pairs during the lifetime of having an account and will recommend and continue to order at high volume from this place because their customer service and the product they provide is without a doubt top-notch

My nephew loves his annual high tops. But I've tried twice for the free socks. Ive never received. So i dont bother anymore. Just a fyi for the " free offer"

When I first found Gear Anime I was a little skeptical on if it was a legit website or actually good quality but I decided to buy a pair of shoes, I got some pink Nezuko shoes. They delivered on time and they are very comfortable and true to size! The quality is also amazing, they are my favorite pair of shoes now but I rarely wear them because I want to keep them in good condition. Definitely worth the money though!👍🏻

Every shoe I bought from gear anime matches all my hats and people are so amazed on how my shoes look 👀 nice and every design is unique. No lie you can’t go wrong with gear anime. If had more room I’d order a few more pairs seriously. Go get your anime shoes from them!

The shoes looked absolutely AMAZING! Almost smiling as big as Luffy was on the side of my shoe.

If I could leave a negative number, I would. In early April, we ordered Anime Sneakers for our granddaughter's 14th birthday in mid-May. I tracked the order and confirmed that in late April, the order was stateside in NY. I continued to follow up where tracking stalled and repeated status inquiries; were met with reassurance that the order was in process. On June 2, it was confirmed that our order was part of a larger order confiscated by customs. In other words, no birthday present would be arriving at all. We had time to make other arrangements if we were advised of the situation in April, but no one notified us. I had to chase the company. Total bummer.

Shipping took a little bit (which gear anime is upfront about) but I am super impressed with the quality and art on the shoes. Got the Aki fox devil shoes and they are sweeeet!!!

It has been a horrible experience!!! I ordered a pair of shoes for my grandsons bday march 24th and I still haven’t received them.I send emails and all they send back is telling me to be patient. It is now the 27th of April and I am so disappointed with this company.

Not only did the shoes come an entire week early but I received numerous email updates informing me of its every move. The shoes look exactly as pictured and people were constantly asking me where I got them when I attended Anime Sunika. I’ll be buying all the shoes for my straw hat pirates!!
