Most incompetent removel firm i have ever used.
We used the Bristol based removal branch, and another one if there nearby branches. They spoilt what should of been a nice experience of us moving house. Expensive oak furniture was not wrapped properly. The bottoms of the units were not protected so the edges were splintered as they pushed the units along the removal truck. They had no consideraton for our property. They just thought itvwas a big laugh. One of them was disrespectful to my elderly mother. They drove off without even giving us the chance to check the lorries. Consequently items mysteriously dissapeared, like a bright yellow Karcher jet washer. I called the Police in, who said they should of given me a report, which they never did. They dumped items on to a brand new Miele tumble dryer completely scratching the too. No care or consideration. I complained and asked for compensation to the damaged white goods and furniture. They eventually settled only because i threatened them with court action. The Regional Manager had a stinking attitude, who couldn't care less. They claim to be a professional company. From our experience they are not anything of the kind, and not in the same league as Pickfords etc. I would strongly advise anyone not to use them. I will never risk my personel possesions with them again. It was a very miserable and stressful experience using them. What a mistake. Never again.
