From our initial request email to after service we are always impressed with the service, customer care and design of the awards we purchase each year. I always ask so many questions, particularly when ordering bespoke designs and nothing is ever too much trouble. The awards are always beautifully designed and delivered with care and on time. First time ordering a one off bespoke award as a retirement gift. From my first initial discussion with Jamie, he was brilliant. I gave him an idea which he then took away and worked with his designer, AJ on. The end result was brilliant, very pleased with how it came out and the quality of the award. Very competitive prices, would highly recommend and once again would like to emphasise Jamie's brilliant customer service throughout the process.

I tried a few different companies in different countries, and none really got to grips with the trophy design I was after. I was relieved when I went to Gaudio. They understood the idea straight away and have strong and creative design team who work with the craftsmen who put it together. The team were easy to talk to and we were able to improve on some of the original designs. All of this was done within a good timeframe (even in the midst of Covid) and with the original budget in the back of our minds. The end result was really high quality and I hope I will certainly go back next time I need an award.
