Gatekeeper from the beginning have been helpful, informative and kept us updated throughout.When Phil Kendall came to undertake the valuation he was polite, friendly and explained about his agency. He had some research of the history of the house and his was the first to give us a valuation which coincided with other agencies.
He also gave us good deal on the fee for their service which was very appealing .
All the staff we came in contact with were all helpful, friendly and knowledgable.

Someone actually bothers to answer the phone here at this company, unlike one particular estate agent in Swindon. You are taken care of at Gatekeeper. Someone keeps you updated all the time, you are not on the phone all the time wondering what is going on and how things are coming along. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great service. And they know the area well. No complaints at all.

This was my first time renting in decades and I was in the dark about much of the process. The mass amounts of repeated emails and texts, reminders etc is way too much! Incredibly pushy and dishonest. I dont like my phone blowing up and i dont need 3 reminders of an appointment. If i dont fill out feedback- dont send several reminders to fill out feedback (youll get a bad review)
However, Harry was very friendly and professional. Showed us everything answered all my questions.

Fast, straightforward communication. An estate agent named "Taylor" showed us around the property with a nice relaxed attitude and answered all our queries and questions.
