WOW!! The service from The first initial call to the final installation sign of was amazing, ive never had so much trust and confidence in a tradesman and the one who came from gas assist really showed me how well run this company must be!

Excellent from start to finish.
I cannot fault this company. Initially I spoke to a very pleasant and friendly customer services lady who arranged to have my home surveyed the following day. The surveyor who came to assess my property was helpful, explained things well and the next day kindly informed my son by phone what access was needed. The two engineers who came to fit my boiler were polite, efficient and knowledgeable. They worked carefully and cleanly and made very little mess. I highly recommend this company. I can honestly say this was the best experience of home improvement I have had. Thank you.

From initial contact to installation complete was a good customer experience. Contact via administration to involvement of technical staff carried out in a timely and helpful manner. I felt this was a organisation that rated their customers to give satisfaction.

The surveyor was very helpfull and polite.
He listened to my question and gave helpfull advice.

Fantastic Service from Gas Assist. Darren Harrington was so helpful and knowledgeable and was very accommodating of what we needed. The boiler was fitted and the fitters were kind friendly and extremely professional. They kept the mess to a minimum and did a brilliant job. Can not recommend this company enough.

From the first consultation I was listened to, given advice and explanations so that I understood what would happen. The boiler was fitted and a clean up done well within the time stated and to a high standard. Every one was friendly, respectful and helpful. Very impressed and highly recommended. 5 stars for Darren's survey and quotes for a new boiler. Friendly and informative.

I chose Gas Assist as they gave me the most competitive quote, and sent out a very pleasant chap (Darren) to survey what was required. They had to remove the old warm air heating unit and re-sited the new combi boiler upstairs plus install 6 radiators. Getty who carried out the work was extremely helpful and efficient, punctual, and left everything in a neat and tidy condition. He explained how to use the controls well. The boiler has a 10 year warranty. I have no hesitation in recommending Gas Assist and Darren and Getty, the people I dealt with, plus the admin staff were helpful too. I only had to pay a £50 deposit upfront with the outstanding balance as per the initial quote only payable after completion of the job. Thank you Gas Assist.

All the companies or individuals arrived at the appointed time and completed the appropriate survey in order to satisfy Worcester Boiler and myself. All quotations were delivered by email and professional presented to me. None attempted to pressure me to sign any contracts to commence the installation process. Well done all.

Thank you Gas Assist! We had no heating or hot water and they gave us a quote and installation within 4 days of calling them out. The installer Tom was efficient and cleaned up after.

Had a survey from Darren he was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Boiler installed within a week of accepting, job completed in a day. Overall great service. Ian in the office is also very helpful!

Unreliable - failed to keep 3 appointments. Was told that the pump on my boiler had gone yet the heating is working.
They are liars as well as what they say in their reply is rubbish!!!
