I am giving them a 1 star because I can not choose ZERO!!! Stole my money and others when most vulnerable!! I will not reply to emails THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT SEND PRODUCT!!! Other sites sell same would recommend them!! SHAME ON YOU GARODENIA!! May you reap what you sow!!!

Never got parcel it’s a scam

I ordered what was described as 'delicate silver pansy earrings. Basically pansies painted and coated in resin to make them 'pop' out. I paid £16 to the company that claimed to be a UK company. What I received was a huge pair of plastic earrings, made with a base metal, from Austin, Texas. When I complained to the company that they were significantly not as described, they said that I could return them to CHINA at my own expense. I did a 'reverse search' of the earrings and found exactly the same ones (even photographed on the same background) as a pair on TEMU for 75p.
It is about time the Government stopped these scammers from claiming to be UK based.

I ordered the alzheimers awareness bracelet. I've had it less than 2 weeks. It broke right off my wrist. It didn't get caught on anything. The ribbon is coming undone. I'm very dissatisfied

I am very disappointed I order 2 tee shirts and never received them. I place the order on March 3, 2025.
The tracking stop on April 4, 2025.
I have send several emails no response. I need my order or money back. Feels it's a scam company

Still waiting for my order I ordered multiple sclerosis clothing and it’s been over a month and they’re not getting back to me through email. I wish there was a phone number. Not happy.

It arrived after about three weeks in neat, secure packaging. The design stands out nicely, print quality exceeded expectations, and overall, its better than others Ive seen.

The bag arrived. It is a foldable bag, so on folding it into a small bag using zipper, I found the zipper would not work because ONE SIDE WAS CAUGHT IN THE SEAM AT THE START AND STOPPED ZIPPER FROM MOVING ANY FURTHER. After providing photos and videos of the problem, this company keeps insisting it works as it should and IS NOT FAULTY!! They will not take responsibility for selling faulty goods and will pass the concern to the manufacturer! The most compensation they offer is 4GBP which is frankly insulting. It is disgusting how they treat customers with a valid complaint. I wish I had seen the negative experience reviews of other customers before I ordered this bag. A lesson well learnt.

Ordered a gorgeous looking top. So pleased I only ordered one as a try out. It was poor quality and the floral print was blurred. Looked nothing like the picture. No manufacturer details or care label. When I complained I was told that I had received what I ordered but if I wasn't happy I could send it back at my expense (UK to USA is not cheap). OR I could accept a refund of £2. Best I could get I suppose but I won't be ordering again

I have recently received my t-shirt and leggings. Lovely products. T-shirt has great shape, not just a square with sleeves!
Leggings lightweight and very comfortable for exercise.
Very impressed but more than that, the fact the I am contributing towards care of sufferers of this brutal disease - that feels really good. In memory of my Dad, and his Mum (who was undiagnosed in the late '60's), and for my 72 year old brother who was recently diagnosed. 💜💜💜

I would say to anyone please do not use this company 2 tops ordered in April tracked from US this week tracker said they were delivered by Hayes. They were not delivered. Emailed to let the company know. I was told I could have a refund _ minus shipping. Told they did not have all the address info needed to pay more to get my order. Feels very much like a scam not keen to give out my card details to them. Please be wary.

I've ordered the cancer sucks in all colors shirt. Order placed May 8th, 2024. 1st the tracking says it's coming from Italy. After 9 days still in Italy, now it has a whole new tracking number saying from China. So now it's May 20th and I have no idea where it is. I've contacted their CS and did get a reply saying it's shipped and on the way. I'm feeling like this is a scam. Waits a few more days.

I liked everything about the tops I bought but they run smaller than what I usually wear. I live in USA and the tracking said it came from France?? The tops arrived in good time and packaged well.

I ordered the purple baseball hat and when it finally arrived it is ripped where the brim and hat come together. I can’t get hold of anyone. From other reviews I see that I should not expect a refund or replacement!

The ski themed sweatshirt took two months to arrive and when it did it looks NOTHING like the sweatshirt I ordered! It is a cheap piece of junk!

The transfers on the front are extremely poor. The company’s after sales is awful.
I asked for a returns label and a refund and I’m repeatedly told it’s expensive but not offered either. Oh and the offered a €4 compensation for the €63 dollar products. If you order. Them please expect not to be refunded if the product is awful. I will never order from this company again. After a week of speaking with them I am no further forward. Oh except they did offer me €7 today. But when it cost 63. Insulting. The tops are in the bin and I have to accept I have lost the money Shame there is no option to upload pictures. Here.

I can’t place my order because I live in Illinois and they have no option on their website for Illinois. I have contacted them repeatedly and they have responded but just to say they can’t resolve the problem. That is very frustrating and suspicious to not have all of the United States listed in the checkout process. Anyway, I am very disappointed.
